Sorry but playoff berths count for more than a big showing against Tech and a one great half (sadly, the first) against OU in 2021. You can’t judge an offense on a game and a half, one of which was a sorry team.

So you're just happy to be there and okay with not being able to win it all because of offensive deficiency?

I know we won’t win it every year and I’m happy be back in contention consistently. If we stay the course I think we’ll snag a title or two over the next five years. 
 

But you think our staff are idiots and you can find a better way. 
 

Then again you can’t distinguish our starters from backups in real time. Do you have a hi-def TV? Maybe watch the game from your couch with binoculars in the future.

I'm just going by numbers man....is what it is. Odds say a play calling head coach isn't going to win a title especially an offensive one because in the last 30 years Steve Spurrier and Jimbo Fisher are the only two to do it. I'd rather Sarkisian swallow his pride and hire a new QB coach with play calling duties. If he can't do that and realize his side of the ball is the weak link and reason why we haven't and won't punch through then that's on him.

I think this is a more than fair point - the moment Day gave up play calling, they won.

Honestly, if you just like put 2 seconds into thinking about how beating SJSU 38-7 helps your point, I think you really need to reevaluate how you watch football.

1-6 vs top 5 teams at Texas with his offense being the problem in most all of these top 5 games.

The numbers clearly show the problem and it needs correcting. 

 

With that said, I am happy you're just glad to be in the playoffs!

I find it comical that Sark is so hard headed being a Saban reclamation project that he can't see this. Considering Saban ALWAYS adapted to the changes in CFB especially with regards to offense.

How am I wrong? We looked fine for like 10 minutes and then pedestrian for the rest. The fact you can’t make an objective look and say that this offense is not good is insane.

They lost to central Michigan and let up 200+ rushing yards to central Michigan. I know you think you’re helping yourself, but you’re not.

As much as I love Sark, everytime I hear the commentators talk about a 40 play script, I pour a drink and prepare myself for disappointment.   I started to lose faith in it in the Washington playoff loss after there was no change until halftime in the tipped Quinn balls over the middle.

After two games against Georgia and OSU, the script has to go in big games.   Be a playcaller,  not a screenwriter.  Just my ordinary joe opinion.

You’re wrong in that you referred to SJSU as an FCS school, Oldest corrected you and then you turned around with excuses. Pretty simple I thought.
