Rocky P Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago What a horrible and tragic story. CTE and mental health are real issues and i hope these athletes are prioritizing their mental health over everything. 2 Quote
4thandFive Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Horrible, horrible outcome. I wish nobody would end their life like that. Jesus can fix whatever is wrong. 5 Quote

NothinButDaHorns34 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Terrifying and puzzling he felt the only way out was to off himself. I’m sure with his privilege and money a slap on the wrist would happen. Quote

I’m sure with his privilege and money a slap on the wrist would happen. Sometimes this happens because the person is not in a sober state of mind. An acquaintance of mine ran from the cops last year and shot himself after the chase ended. Nobody can figure out exactly why, but his toxicology report was not clean so it's easy to assume that played a large role. Quote

Battrayal Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago It sounded like they were at his place for a wellness check earlier in the day after his GF called in saying he was suicidal. Know the NY post sucks, but they have audio: https://nypost.com/2025/11/06/sports/girlfriend-was-convinced-armed-marshawn-kneeland-would-end-it-all-disturbing-police-audio-reveals/ 1 Quote
Robert Gilbert Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I have no idea what was going through his mind when he pulled the trigger. To the world he looked a man who had it all, but obviously that was not the case. We all have “demons” we deal with daily. The lucky ones, myself included, have a support system of God, family, and friends. I have lost two cousins to suicide and “no one saw it coming”. We all need to reach out and tell our friends and family we love them and there is help. RIP Marshawn. Quote
