  1. If you pause at the right spot, he turns into the Jordan Jumpman logo
  2. Seriously.. Georgia also got a portal safety to flip from Florida.
  3. Tennessee with a 3rd QB draft attempt to be their franchise QB is absurd. And Dallas taking a receiver instead of Ashton Jeanty or a guard to follow Zack Martin. Same goes for Vegas taking a receiver when they still don't have a quality QB.
  4. Yeah..sure. I hope Richard doesn't use a nickname.
  5. Yeah, couldn't stay out of trouble unfortunately. His path was where I felt Johntay was headed with his ego/attitude. https://www.si.com/college/texas/news/former-texas-and-alabama-wr-agiye-hall-please-no-contest-to-drug-trafficking-charge-01j44vybgj4k (just realized how poorly SI is edited. Yikes)
  6. Yeah, I guess they can't just get out of their letters now. Not sure if it's due to signing day changes or just because it's so close to the start of enrollment. I was surprised Oregon even signed him when they had Akili Smith Jr. committed since 2023..probably even since birth being the son of one of the best QBs in Oregon history.
  7. Will Stone was a ridiculous FG kicker/punter. Obviously, his kickoffs are deep long drives, but he also had really good accuracy and ability to direct his kicks. Like Brandon Aubrey, Stone was also a soccer player. I get wanting to keep confidence in Auburn, but Texas is one game away from a place in the national championship. The offense shouldn't leave a win to a field goal, but Texas history is steeped in a kick to win. I know Sark wants to put his trust in one person, as he does with Quinn, but for me, I believe he needs to utilize every extremely talented weapon he has on this team. It's a team win, team pride at stake. If Auburn has trouble next week, Coach Banks and Sark, maybe even Bert himself need to say "let's go to the bullpen".
  8. Yeah, I thought of that play too..think that was Cam Williams pulling Jerrick Gibson for his first TD.
  9. T'Vondre's reaction is all of Longhorn nation today. Texas was penalized MORE yesterday.. might even be penalized, many self-inflicted, more all year than opponents and they still get hate for winning games.
  10. 😂 legend weighs in
  11. Dang. Great guy. Remember all of the times he stood up for Texas.. oh..wait. nevermind
  12. Internet's complaining about Texas "always" 🙄 getting calls in their favor, yet no one has a problem when calls went in ASU's favor. Bond's head got whipped backwards from a defender launching directly at him. Taaffe's play looked more like incidental contact, going in for the tackle and the receiver turned his head right into him as he arrived. They just met face to face. Shout out to DM0 and Adrian Phillips 🤘🏽
  13. What a weird point to decide to sit out. You'd think he'd at least say he'll take the last minute for a win. But what an insanely overrated team, going from somehow being in the top 5 to losing in the Pop Tarts Bowl to the 18th ranked team.
  14. GA Tech vs Vandy game just went on a weather delay but Vandy has run up 3 tds since the end of the 3rd
  15. Oh man. Missed the game, saw the score earlier when OU was up. Time on deck is 1436, saw the final score and OU still sucks. Congrats to the butter bars of the Navy (jk only the Marines)
  16. My bad. Y'all are correct. I was looking at Sydir's original listed weight. Still same height.
  17. Same measurables as Sydir at 6'6 315 but looks to be in far better shape. Super senior, played at Independence CC and Auburn. Don't know much about him but would add size and experience to the rotation for Coach Baker to mold into a better player.
  18. 6'6 315; think Coach Baker can get another Purdue DL in the rotation? Previously at Independence CC, one of the Last Chance U schools, and Auburn.
  19. Ok. Even Mel needs to can it with the transfer talk. If Spencer Rattler is starting for the Saints on a Monday night, Quinn can get drafted in a later round this April and be just fine to develop behind a veteran. Looking at the league right now, there aren't a lot of teams with an aging starting QB..except for the Jets, Dallas, Detroit, and the Rams. Arizona, Tennessee, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Miami, KC could probably use a good young 3rd QB though. Giants..need a miracle, worst place for a rookie to step in.
  20. @CJ Vogel Not specific to Petitbon, but would Texas consider a more experienced center for next season? Granted transfers on the O-line aren't a big interest, but is a center with seniority like Majors a good 1 year bridge for the younger upcoming line or is Coach Flood 100% good with who he has now? Same thoughts for a backup QB. I know it's not a consideration, but would a solid SEC grad transfer be a good "break in case of emergency"? Trey Owens is great but is his one year a strong foundation if needed for an SEC game or two or even second half start? *knocks on every tree and wood table nearby*
  21. Not a transfer but Dallas Wilson is expected to flip his commitment to Florida
  22. 14 tackles, 1 TFL, 1 FR.. older rotational players are still a need. Bill Norton had 11, but still added value to the rotation I'm talking about Texas taking other schools' good players, not what we lose. Bama lost a couple on the D-line like Jehiem Oatis but gained Kelby Collins from Florida.
