    I can keep these coming but I’ll start with the one that lost us the game.

    And there are equal amount of plays (in fact more but I’ll say equal to be conservative) where the plays are DOA because the defense knows how to manipulate the predetermined read or can completely blow it up via the blitz.

    Literally happens all the time. The game evolves pretty quickly. We’ve had basically the same core offensive staff and no fresh thoughts from anyone with any sort of pull. We expect Sark to stay on the cutting edge of offensive football while also being the head coach? There’s only so many hours in the day.

    He’s a micromanager and former QB. He wants his QBs to basically just be him. It’s not “here is what I see now trust my instincts and go play football” it is “here is what I see now what would Sark want me to do here?”.

    I for one won’t let the propaganda here try and convince me this is an Arch problem. It is a Sark problem. And has been for years. Bench Card! Bench Ewers! Bench Arch! (And soon to be) Bench Lacey! Bench Bell! I’m hoping by the bench Lacey part the last few supporters will be gone.

    Sark is in a lose lose. Regardless of how much blame you put on Arch vs Sark, when you struggle like this you need to play another QB just to hope for a spark. The issue is, Manning being benched leaves Sark vulnerable to even more criticism of his beloved scheme. And I think he’s terrified of that.

    Going for it was the right call. 2 inches. Look at the numbers for QB sneak success rate under a yard. It’s basically a layup. Sark pulled up from the mid-range on a fast break instead of taking the open layup.

    Sark has them 4-2 and Saban is probably 10x the coach Sark is.

    Another disaster play from DBs coming up in run support. They’ve been so bad all game. So bad. McDonald was the only one doing ok and then he just imploded.

    Yeah because the defense allowed an 11 min drive to start the half. Then the offense stunk. The the defense allowed another long drive. Then the offense stunk. Then the defense allowed another long drive.
