    Fair to assume these are the EDGE prospects we are pushing for right now? Carlton Perry-Wright (or is he iDL?) Wafle and then obviously would welcome interest from Elee, Trenton Henderson, Kreul. Unless I’m missing it, we don’t have any edges on the books for OVs yet, and we’ve already passed or pulled back on a few guys: Scott, Gaad, Kinsler, Ford.

    This is random, but I figured what better place to ask than a college sports recruiting forum. Does anyone know anyone that works at Hudl? I just applied for a job there that I am excited about and believe I am qualified for, but I realize that half the battle is getting your resume pulled out of the pile. I would love to chat with someone there just to get my foot in the door. If anyone has a contact they would be willing to share, it would be very much appreciated. I am more than happy to chat over the phone as well if you need to screen me to make sure I'm a normal person. Lol

    How does his size/weight projection compare to Lance Jackson? When they are at their projected ceiling will they be on the field at the same time?

    That would mean Florida and A&M are both expecting him tomorrow, and per 247 he’s on a flight to Florida from Austin right now. Busy kid.

    Welcome Jeff. My 10 year anniversary on 247 is tomorrow, and like a lot of posters mentioned over there, it felt weird the way things went down in the past week. Glad you landed quickly at the only other place I'm subbed (selfishly), and also at a place with a better trajectory. You've earned it.

    Arlis Boardingham from Florida entered. IIRC, it came down to us and Florida for him in high school.

    Dillon Thieneman from Purdue just entered. I remember there was some buzz about him entering last portal cycle, but he never did. No connections to Texas that I'm aware of but have to imagine he will be one of the top safeties available.

    Sure would love to have a chance at a kid like this, but can't imagine he will be looking at a committee role after the season he just had. I have to assume he will have multiple P4 workhorse opportunities.

    IIRC he has already visited A&M multiple times and they seem to be near the top of his recruitment. Hope we're not playing from too far behind them on this one.

    I've never understood the reporting that she "is a Nike kid". Not saying it's wrong or I don't believe it or anything at all, just haven't heard that before. Does it mean that she just literally prefers the Nike brand better to Adidas? I can understand that, but I would be pretty surprised if a high level collegiate athlete was making decisions based on it. It reads more to me like she has some people connected to Nike in her circle that are pushing her that way. But again, totally just speculating. Weird recruiting quirk that I haven't heard before.
