Here is the article, if you are having difficulty with the link. Ouro Teams Up with Texas One Fund with Multi-Year NIL X World Wallet Financial Empowerment Program for University of Texas Student-Athletes Largest Program of Its Kind with NIL Nonprofit Collective to Equip Student-Athletes to Take Control of Financial Futures AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ouro, a global fintech company founded in 1999 by former University of Texas (UT) students and Netspend founders Roy and Bertrand Sosa, today announced a game changing partnership with Texas One Fund, the Official NIL Collective of University of Texas Athletics, that is inclusive of benefits for all UT student-athletes. The multi-year partnership offers financial literacy training and money management programs, and the opportunity for all eligible student-athletes across all 21 men’s and women’s sports teams to participate and be compensated. This is an incredible opportunity for all of our student-athletes,” said Chris Del Conte, Vice President and Athletics Director of The University of Texas at Austin. “Like all young people, they need to build financial skills and judgment, and their unique circumstances make the need especially critical. With Ouro’s willingness to collaborate with Texas One Fund on an initiative that gives every student on every team a financial opportunity now and skills for the future is tremendous.” Through the partnership, UT student-athletes who register for the X World Wallet, Ouro’s digital multi-currency wallet and payments app, will qualify to earn regular payouts as they promote the product and complete monthly financial training sessions and share their experience with the program across social media and various other marketing activities. “Student-athletes know better than anyone that the small stuff, the everyday choices are what lead to big wins,” said Roy Sosa, Ouro Co-founder and CEO. “That’s the focus we’re bringing to their financial futures with the X World Wallet NIL program: here’s a tool and income you can use today along with the coaching and skills you need to make sure it pays off in the future, too.” The program will kick off with a two-phased launch, beginning with an initial rollout this spring, and expand in the fall 2024 as various sports teams return for their new seasons. "We believe this partnership with Ouro will be transformative for our student-athletes," said Patrick “Wheels” Smith, President of Texas One Fund. "It aligns perfectly with our mission to prepare students for success with integrity in all aspects of their lives – by equipping students with practical money skills and a cutting-edge financial tool, Ouro is investing in their long-term success on and off the field." Ouro’s NIL program exemplifies the company’s founding commitment to expanding access to financial management tools and education and responds to a pressing need among college students, especially student-athletes navigating NIL opportunities. "This NIL program is at the core of Ouro's financial empowerment mission as we continue to reimagine financial services on a global scale," added Bertrand Sosa, Ouro Co-founder, President and Chief Brand Officer. “Our collaboration with Texas One Fund is an immense source of pride and inspiration, because we know first-hand the power of ‘what starts here changes the world.’” X World Wallet users can load their accounts from an existing bank account, debit card or credit card, spend money loaded on the accounts anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, send money to other X users instantly, earn X points on everyday purchases that convert to cash instantly, exchange currencies in real-time, and more. @SADBoyzUnite had a workaround that might help. At least you can clear the cart and start over. “Found a work around. If you go to "Orders" (under the drop down menu labeled "More"), you can cancel the prior invoices (that's how things got cued up if you had the order previously set in place but didn't finish the order). After you do that, the discount code will work again. I just got the annual subscription with the discount code working.”

Per Football Scoop Sources: Texas to add former SEC position coach to support staff Former Ole Miss corners coach and new Texas analyst Keynodo Hudson first worked for Steve Sarkisian at USC. ZACH BARNETT MAR 26, 2024 Former Ole Miss cornerbacks coach Keynodo Hudson is expected to join the Texas staff as an analyst, sources confirmed to FootballScoop on Tuesday. Inside Texas first reported Hudson's hiring; Hudson was seen working with the Longhorn defensive backs during the first week of UT's spring practices. Hudson spent 2023 coaching Ole Miss's cornerbacks but was not retained after Lane Kiffin hired former Louisville defensive coordinator Bryan Brown as co-defensive coordinator and secondary coach. A West Virginia Tech graduate, Hudson has previously coached defensive backs at Western Kentucky, Illinois, and Florida Atlantic. Hudson was a defensive administrative assistant at USC from 2012-16, which overlapped with Steve Sarkisian's season and a half leading the Trojans. Texas has been looking for another set of eyes in the secondary. The Longhorns were previously set to bring former secondary coach Duane Akina back to Austin, but Akina opted to remain at Arizona upon the change from Jedd Fisch to Brent Brennan. Akina is now Arizona's defensive coordinator. The Longhorns finished 49th nationally in pass efficiency defense in 2023, but return four of five starters in the secondary. https://footballscoop.com/news/sources-texas-add-former-sec-position-coach-to-support-staff-keynodo-hudson-ole-miss-usc

You may be correct, but geez, it was the first 30 minutes of the first practice with a new DL coach. -
Multiple time transfers can still compete right away

Geez, why have any rules. Maybe the players could sue the NCAA over the 85 scholarship player limit and just let the players show up on the campus of their choice and then sue the school if they don’t put them on scholarship. Just kidding, sorta. The NFL has rules. The owners and coaches have to be able to assemble a team without the chaos of players changing teams anytime they want. NFL coaches get fired and position coaches change teams every year but players don’t get to cry about it and leave. -
Big 12 Tournament: No. 7 Texas vs. No. 10 Kansas State
marathon replied to Gerry Hamilton's topic in On Texas Football Forum
Kansas lost to UH by 30 in the final regular season game and then by 20 to Cincy last night. I wonder the last time KU lost back to back games by 20 points or more. If their boards are anything like our football boards it has to be brutal. -

2024 Spring Football Preview | Offense

@CJ Vogel Tom Herman had this to say regarding the OL prior to the 2017 season. The OL was Williams, Vahe, Shackelford, Jake McMillon and Nickerson. On the team's strengths and weaknesses: “I think we still need to find a consistent, productive right tackle. Those other four guys may be the national championship year at Ohio State that I was a part of, that might be the only other offensive line that could compare with these guys.” https://texassports.com/news/2017/8/28/football-tracking-the-longhorns-tom-herman-press-conference -

Early signing period is about to change
marathon replied to Gerry Hamilton's topic in On Texas Football Forum
If a player is tired of the recruiting process and knows where he wants to go then he can sign. Plus, you have your guaranteed NIL and don’t have to worry about an injury during your senior season . Not everything in life is about leveraging the very last dollar out of someone. -
The Hit Rate of Texas Recruiting Classes
marathon replied to Bobby Burton's topic in On Texas Football Forum
Pretty sure he was not responsible for those. Davis was at UT from 2011-2013 before returning in 2021. I believe Malcom Brown and Ridgeway were the only 2 from that timeframe but their recruiting profiles don’t list Davis as their recruiter. Assuming it’s accurate it shows Oscar Giles recruited Brown and Bruce Chambers recruited Ridgeway. -
The Hit Rate of Texas Recruiting Classes

If you are talking about Sydir Mitchell, January and Melvin Hills (who hopefully enrolls in June) I am not sure but I was giving Bo the benefit of the doubt….although I suspect Kyle Flood was heavily involved in the Mitchell recruitment.
