    He does sound a lot like Sark. I had the presser playing on my phone but had my eyes on my work computer screen. When Miller started talking, I had to look at the screen because I thought Sark was talking for some reason.

    I want Ben McCollum. He's a legit ball coach. In the age of NIL, he doesn't need perfect regional recruiting contacts, he needs to develop and win. I think he could do it, and do it for a long time.

    Berkman absolutely would have been a better choice than Cruz, but the Rice academic admin, faculty, and community still dislike Lance for the public stance he took on transgender stuff. The tide is turning on that issue, so he will likely be viewed more favorably soon. He's a volunteer assistant there this season and he likes Pierce, so that's fun for him.
