    Alabama Twitter is convinced that DeBoer rid the program of the ungrateful entitled malcontents which caused Saban to retire. Two of them are meant to be Bond and Niblack. I wonder if they meant "talented players" instead of "entitled players?" Time will tell but the playoffs could be very interesting in December.

    6'3.5" 270 lbs. and runs track? That track video is must see video! OTF must capture him running track this spring. I like his game highlights and he is fast for his size once he gets going, but he does not seem Byron Murphy quick off the snap to me. Am I blind? He is strong, though.

    I think that was exactly why Texas did not fight for Davis at the end. Sydir Mitchell was really a Sarkisian and Flood recruit. All the DL coming out including next year are all Herman—Giles recruits.

    A very highly rated five-star safety from the 2020 class for whom Texas finished second to aTm. I think there is a transfer rule in the SEC that will not allow spring SEC transfers to play that fall for any other SEC team.

    Scholarships should ameliorate the hire for play only trend. Otherwise self funding football is just another minor league sport. Athletics has returned $7M - $10M to the UT general fund over the last few years. 2020 took a big hit with COVID but future years should be well into the upper teens with the increase in revenue that will occur.

    The difference in pay scale between flipping burgers and making a few hundred thousand each year will prevent that, I am willing to bet.

    Well it is blatantly obvious that the prohibition of photographs and videos of athlete's is interference with their rights to promote their Name, Likeness and Image. That cannot stand. I sort of wish Texas would continue with recruiting business as normal and just let the NCAA try to do what it cannot.
