  1. It will be interesting to see what kind of team Miller can put together given a full off-season.
  2. In my prayers.
  3. The only groups whose depth worry me are the OL (of course) and LB’s. The freshmen may eliminate the concern at LB, leaving only everyone’s favorite position group to keep us up at night.
  4. How would what he would earn as a late first-rounder compare to his likely NIL package?
  5. 100% no way!!! And I'm 75 years old, their production has declined, but I still want them.
  6. I'm excited to see what Muschamp does with Simmons and the other weapons he has on the defense.
  7. Wow, what a great write-up, Jeff. And the follow-up videos were an added bonus. The kind of work that keeps me at OTF!
  8. Careful! The grammar police will be after you for lack of an apostrophe.
  9. I’d want to hear his plan to address penalties, which have been a multi-year issue.
  10. I gave up on the Cowboys when Jerry Jones sacked Tom Landry and others {not that he fired them, but the disrespectful way he did it). I gave up on the rest of pro sports when they became so mercenary. College sports seem to be headed the same direction. I just hope we can win an NC in the next few years while it’s still worth caring about.
  11. And the key factor for Arch: he can get away from one rusher, it’s only when multiple guys get through that he has a problem. So even if the LG gets beat, if the other guys hold up, we’ll be fine.
  12. Texas born and raised, now live in Margaritaville in S. Carolina.
  13. You've been a great addition to the team. I've enjoyed reading your stuff and hearing from you on YT.
  14. I only read one post that was negative about our chances. Others talked about challenges, but that’s not the same as saying our guys won’t be up for the challenge.
  15. The 105 limit is roster spots as well as scholarships. Walk-ons count against the 105 the same as scholarship players.
  16. I think Endries goes pro and Washington stays.
  17. Texas 34 Pigs 24
  18. Texas 31 UK 6
  19. There are the obvious stops like Edinburgh (castle is a must, and do a walking tour), but definitely get out into the countryside. Take a day and just drive through the highlands. If you can find a festival going on when you’re there, they are great fun. Hike a section of Hadrian’s Wall., it’s an incredible experience. If you’re golfers, play a course, any course. If you can get to Aran Island, it’s a great day trip - take the ferry over in the morning, rent a bike and go around the island, buy a sweater that’s way too heavy to ever wear in Texas, and then ferry back in the evening. Eat the local dishes - British food is much better than its reputation, although they do eat some disgusting stuff so if you’re not sure what something is, ask. have a great trip!
  20. 52-3. And Will Ferrell is a talentless guy that never grew past 7th grade humor.
  21. I thought that at the time and looking at your screenshots, it’s clearer that would have had a much better chance than the sneak. That’s what OSU did on their first TD.
  22. Despite Arch's struggles, the penalties, and the receivers' issues, the offense played well enough to win this game. We lost because of one reason: Sark's playcalling in the red zone. The QB sneak on our first time there was a terrible call. When we ran it on the 4th play of the game, we barely made a foot. Give it to Baxter who can hit the line with a head of steam and we have a much better chance of scoring. The next time in the RZ, we had 3rd and 3 at the 8. We had been running the ball well on that drive. If we were going to go for it on 4th down, which we clearly were, we should have run it on 3rd down. If we don't make it but are close, we can either run or pass on 4th down. If we get stuffed on 3rd down, then we pass on 4th. Given how we had been moving the ball, I like our chances to make 3 yards on 2 runs.
  23. Third and three and you don't run it twice?
  24. What a terrible call. Give it to Baxter with some momentum going toward the goal line.
