    I’m a huge fan too. @40acres you’re right I’m sure there was some truth in the report but man what suspicious timing. The things mentioned in there sounded like typical things that could occur when not managing blood sugars well and having low blood sugar. I didn’t realize (most probably didn’t either lol) that he is a type 1 diabetic. It’s not easy to control blood sugar and manage the disease for most people especially younger kids. That was the shadiest thing about the report was it felt like shaming him for having diabetes and not managing it perfectly. I’m really rooting for him even more after that report came out and hope he does take it out on the rest of the NFL!

    I hope you wouldn’t be fired and would be given a chance to redeem yourself especially if you’re value exceeds that mistake (which I hope it would). I agree about the social media etc, we all knows that it goes on and that is part of being a public figure in today’s world you’re correct there. What I am speaking about specifically is advocating on here that he should be shamed and ridiculed. That in unacceptable in my opinion especially as fans of a team and school. Errors happen, let’s hope that he come back and redeems himself in the two wins we need today!

    Agree, right on and we’ll said @ScottyB!! Just because people think it’s ok to shame and ridicule Blake for his mistake in 2008 doesn’t mean it’s right or ok to do it to him or others!! If we remember correctly the next play was an Earl Thomas mistake undercutting the route to Crabtree and Brown missing the tackle that allowed them to score and win the game. We win as a team and we lose as a team!!

    Expectations, yes. Shame and ridicule, no. When you make a mistake at work are you shamed and ridiculed simply because you get paid to be there? I hope not.

    Augie would’ve given the a “hug” with his words lol. I wonder what Gus would’ve said too? Back at it today, lots of opportunities to make up for errors. Should have lots of confidence actually IMO, they held ATM, number 3 in the country, to two runs through 10 2/3 and they needed a gift to get by us. We’re as good as them and we showed it. Win 2 today and let’s put the pressure on the Ags tomorrow!! Hook’em 🤘

    We need to execute on routine plays for sure. But suggesting we shame and ridicule a college kid for making an error is the opposite of what makes Texas a better place than our rivals. Is that how you would want to be treated, or your son if he made an error? I hope not. This team has taken the path of most resistance all season and has still earned themselves an opportunity to play for a chance to go to the college World Series. These guys are fighters and I’m excited to see how a they can take an error an turn it into motivation to come back and play like they know they can today. These guys didn’t HIT well at all yesterday and we can argue regardless if the errors that if we hit the ball better we wouldn’t have been in extra innings to begin with. Should we ridicule and shame all those players who didn’t hit well too?

    You’re right IMO that probably played a role in not choosing Michigan. The risk of going up against your former team that soon after leaving with our WR and QB’s intimate knowledge of your weaknesses and the elite ability to attack those isn’t a great look trying to get drafted. Plus with their elite CB on the other side he would get targeted more all season making it tougher to put up draft worthy stats. SC was probably a no too since they were SO bad last season and he’d have zero help. Good luck to him at Illinois, and wish the best to him and the Illini this season!!

    Lol!! Honestly, he wouldn’t be wrong with Milroe being on there and not him. He’s been a better QB than Milroe has albeit at very different places with different records!

    No I think LSU wins this one unfortunately. But Saydir focuses in and gets going with Coach Becton this summer and this d line room is still a force to be reckoned with!

    Boo ya!! It’s 10:41 and OU still sucks!! Not exactly the season we were hoping for, but honestly with the injuries we’ve faced this season it’s awesome to see them being scrappy and winning these series week in and week out. There’s a lot of DP haters out there but gotta say that despite the challenges these guys have found ways to win games that truly matter in conference against good teams. Hook’em!

    Yeah they did, hopefully they’ll put that money they’ll save on him towards getting those last few pieces to win a SB! Pretty cool though that he and X might be playing on such great teams!! Hook’em!!

    Not too surprised about this one. There has been mention of him transferring last fall. It stinks to lose known commodities like Jordan and Brooks, but given the lack of improvement in the secondary the last few years these may be necessary guys to churn out to make room for higher ceiling guys…hopefully 🤞🤘

    Any thoughts on departures from Texas after the spring game? I had heard such good stuff about Juan Davis then didn’t see much of him in the game wondering if he’s planning to enter?
