  1. Well, that was a start to the season.
  2. This game is exhibit A for why the B1G plan to expand the CFP to 28 teams is stupid.
  3. Iowa state leaving a lot of points on the field.
  4. You advocate for keeping them in this country?
  5. Nice run. That hole was huge.
  6. Recency bias says Jahdae, but Huff was great and I love that he’s still involved with the team.
  7. They’re becoming more and more aggy every day.
  8. If I vote for Jordan Shipley, do I get a Shipley Ranches hat?
  9. You asked a legitimate question. That wasn’t directed at you.
  10. Happy to hear it!
  11. Thank you! I don’t know anything about this guy. Will this hire help or hurt the alignment we’ve had with Eltife and CDC?
  12. Wow! There were just 50k subs a year ago.
  13. I don’t think they win this season.
  14. It’s hard to take Illinois and Indiana seriously. Although Indiana was consistently good for betting the team total. South Carolina was very good at the end of the season. I do think they would win. I truly don’t think USC would beat LSU. The Tigers are really good. They’re just burdened by an imbecile coach. Speaking of imbecile coaches, I can’t take USC seriously until Lincoln Riley realizes he has to play defense as well. Beating A&M is a different matter. We will gladly pull for any B1G team there. They’re an embarrassment to the state of Texas, college football, and common decency.
  15. Truly pathetic and very aggy.
  16. “That organization can be self-sustaining—and generate additional funding to protect Olympic and women’s sports—by pooling all Division I media rights to be sold together as one package, rather than separating them by conference and championship, as they are now.” Of course he wants a piece of the SEC/B1G media pie. Tech will never be valuable on its own.
  17. Growing up in Houston, I was part of Astros and Oilers fan clubs for kids. These were sponsored by the teams and gave perks like autographs, access to the field before or after games, photographs with certain players. It was an awesome experience and it made me a die hard fan…for about two months until they went on strike. The point is, we will see more and more experiences like these to connect with fans and raise money and that isn’t a bad thing.
  18. Baker was an ok scrambler.
  19. DJ for sure! Although Applewhite often gets overlooked when we look back at quarterbacks.
  20. Damn. I feel bad for him. For tech, this is the downside of spending a lot for a small number of quality players.
  21. I’m really happy for Bond. This isn’t quite what he would have made if he was drafted in the third round, but it is all guaranteed and it will get him to that potentially lucrative 2nd contract faster.
