    Okie State owes Gundy much more than this. They should have let him finish the season and retire. Without Gundy who knows where they would have been? I doubt they would have had half the success. I would love to see Gundy as an advisor in Austin.

    The only way to stop this is to have severe penalties for gambling by athletes. Of course it is a problem. It has always been a problem. It will always be a problem. Fans have to fight to keep the Integrity of college sports intact, because there will always be people like Pete Rose and @Blake Munroe pulling us in the other direction.

    Never. Mack is the primary driver for a decade of mediocrity. He was a great recruiter who was regularly outcoached by Stoops, Leach, and Snyder. He just quit on his team last year and then tried to come back for personal stats despite knowing his time was up. Without Vince Young, Mack Brown is an afterthought.

    It is actually shocking. Alabama has arguably more (or at least as much) talent than any other team, and a coach that was considered to be the best young coach in the business.

    Texas will be a much better team in 8 weeks. I am still very excited about this season and the prospects for a national championship. Once Arch settles down, becomes a game manager and works on his footwork for to improve his accuracy the offence will be fine.

    The good news is that by the time Texas gets to the Oklahoma game they will be a much better team. There's a ton of room for improvement in this team will improve imo.

    Ohio State has depth issues that will be exposed in the 3rd and 4th quarters I think. I don't care if the weather is beautiful, their OL is going to get worn down by having a fresh set of legs (Texas has 7 quality DTs) in front of you for the entire game. Also, their DL won't be able to rotate enough players. I think Texas wins a game that is close until the end of the 3rd quarter. Texas by 10.
