    The kid had so much trouble tracking the football his last two years here I doubted that he would be this effective. I was wrong (again).

    This is the "hire as many coaches as possible" plan and put them all on the road recruiting. I like it.

    This is obviously true. There is precedent for the other Commissioner and owners to veto an unfair trade (see Chris Paul for Pau Gasol trade). Do you all really think the owners are fine with this talent being given to LA without knowledge of WHY this is actually deemed as fair? Something else is going on with Luka.

    What a slap in the face for Luka, but I don't blame the Mavs. If Luka won't work out to stay in shape and you are forced to give him a long term max contract your team is screwed. Your leader sets the tone. Barkley won zero titles for the same reason. Lazy stars kill franchises.

    You know what is a good look? Running a 4.3 at the combine. Blue might not be a diplomat, but he showed up for games. He will be fine imo.

    Texas has a 5 star Sophomore starting at RT, and a future day 1 pick (my opinion) Soph at LT. Baker and Goosby are going to chase some other recruits away. That is just a fact.

    An era of meritocracy is coming so this won't survive. I don't think we will even have a Federal Department of Education soon if the new administration keeps their promises.

    I love Quinn. I just typed that neither QB should be run down and they are both great Longhorn QBs. That didn't stop you from not comprehending and being a dick though. Read more.

    Remember the LSU game against Burrow. Sam was magnificent. Quinn was not better "by a long shot".

    You guys saying that Sam can't make all the throws have to answer a simple question- how is Sam still in the NFL? Sam and Quinn are both firmly entrenched as the best Texas QBs not named James, Vince or Colt. Sam would have done well in Sark offense and added a dual threat ability. Quinn has intangibles that Sam didn't possess in the passing game. There is no reason to throw out this hypothetical if you want to run down a specific QB because they are both winners.

    Ewers needs another year in college. He is not ready for.pro ball imo.

    I think that is very fair, but this USC kid is a take in the portal no matter what your line looks like.

    I don't think you know that for a fact. The team could always use great players, but I bet Flood will have them ready to roll next year. Goosby will be all-SEC caliber next year. Baker, Agbo, Cruz, Robertson, and Neto will be ready to go as well. edit- forgot Hutson and Cojoe!!

    I think Jackson is a special player and he, just like Simmons, is ready the moment he hits the 40 acres.

    The last game highlighted something to me. Moore is very fast. Az St's QB was a fabulous athlete who could really run. He was running away from most of our guys- but not Moore. Moore actually ran him down from behind one time.
