I respect Tennessee for cutting ties and not continuing to be held hostage/. Seeing these stories of money grabbing, no loyalty, low character, makes me appreciate Arch and his family for Arch’s character, patience, loyalty and ‘team first’ mindset even more. Great post game interviews after beating TCU and making Final 4. All class from Rory talking about her hard work returning from the ACL recovery and their intense focus on defense. Best of all…..Starting at the 9:50 mark, Madison Booker spoke about how she and her teammates wanted this final 4 for Coach even more than for themselves and the incredible team resilience and fight they have. All that Coach Schaefer has done for them and his dedication to his players. Awesome respect from the team leader for her head coach. Similar love from Rory for Coach. It's crazy to see one year later how far the Longhorns have come under Coach Schloss and his staff. I'm sure we'll go through some rough patches during the next 6 weeks, especially due to injuries at times and the gauntlet of SEC teams ahead, but it's such an awesome improvement over last year. Awesome to see the Horns baseball team playing so well overall. Interesting that they aren't near the Top 10 in most team stat categories on offense, pitching or fielding but overall, they are getting the wins which is all that matters. Great team play overall.
