  1. Very much so. Still, I don’t think his availability would have done a whole lot to change the complexion of the RB room this season.
  2. I was told it was very much a freak accident. Unfortunate more than anything.
  3. Reminder that neither Isaiah Bond or Andrew Mukuba made the trip to Nashville for the Vanderbilt game, so both are essentially coming off of two weeks for recovery.
  4. Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian provided an update on some injuries during the SEC Teleconference Wednesday morning. Sarkisian says WR Isaiah Bond and DB Andrew Mukuba "have both had a good week so far." Also, RB Velton Gardner will miss the remainder of the season with an eye injury he suffered in practice earlier in the season. The SEC Availability Report will release town around 7:00 p.m. CST. We will see how the Longhorns shake out on their designations, right now I would list both Mukuba and Bond as questionable.
  5. Texas also allows just 3.69 yards per play defensively. Best in the country. Second ranked defense is Indiana at 4.43 yards allowed per play. The Longhorn offense has fallen to 18th in the country at 6.64 yards per play gained. The net average of 2.95 yards per play for the Longhorns ranks 4th in the country.
  6. For comparison, this was the chart on September 24 after Week 4.
  7. Texas has the best defense in the country in points allowed per defensive possession. Elite defense.
  8. An updated look at the points per possession graph in the SEC via BCFToys.com. Texas ranks 1st in the country in points per possession allowed defensively (1.01) and 12th in the country on offense, scoring 3.13 points per offensive possession. – Oklahoma has the worst offense in the conference. – Mississippi State has far and away the worst defense in the conference, and the entire country for that matter. – Four teams on the Texas schedule include Florida, Arkansas, Kentucky and Texas A&M. – Ole Miss losing to Kentucky looks all sorts of improbable then and inexcusable now. – Vanderbilt sneaky up the charts as well. Can't believe they lost to Georgia State. – Tennessee's offense has fallen quickly down to earth. The Vols are averaging just 22.8 PPD in SEC play this year, without scoring 30 points once. Yuck.
  9. Definitely agree with this.
  10. I think he changes directions a bit better
  11. Sophomore tape: https://www.hudl.com/video/3/19744819/6518a83b64dfa401d401498f
  12. From this spring, Bradford trains with Bam Performance who also trains Andrew Mukuba, Jahdae Barron, Jelani McDonald and Michael Taaffe.
  13. 2026 Temple CB Jason Bradford tells OTF that he is a maybe to visit this weekend vs. Florida. Bradford has been one to monitor over the last couple of months dating back to the spring. Texas cornerbacks coach Terry Joseph has yet to show a lot of interest, however the Texas recruiting department has remaining in brief contact. Bradford was last on campus June 1 for the Elite Camp where sources indicated to me he performed well in front of the Texas staff. The 6-foot, 3-inch cornerback out of Temple, Texas holds seven offers so far – Arizona State, Houston, Oklahoma State, Texas State, Texas Tech, Vanderbilt and Lamar.
  14. New look Kentucky with a strong first half. So much experience and 3-point shooting.
  15. 1-0 on CBB picks/bets. Santa Clara can absolutely splash.
  16. That does it for today with Sarkisian.,
  17. Sarkisian on the 1H suspension of Vernon Broughton and the prep for the iDL ahead of Florida. Vernon Broughton is practicing as normal. Sarkisian points to Lole's ascension, Byrant, Sydir Mitchell having good weeks as well.
  18. "What I loved about today's practice is the spirit, the energy, the intent." Sarkisian says he didn't want the bye week to bleed into a game week and he didn't feel like it did on Monday's practice.
  19. Sarkisian on Florida: This is one of if not the best looking teams in our conference.
