  1. Texas Baseball has added another member to its 2025 recruiting class. Grady Westphal, a right handed pitcher from Stilwell, Kansas, becomes the latest to flip his commitment from Texas A&M to the Texas Longhorns since the hiring of Jim Schlossnagle. Westphal is clocked between 90–93 mph on his fastball and adds a low 80’s slider with plus spin.
  2. They have 20 commits in the cycle currently, only 3-4 are guys I look at wishing Texas had pursued harder.
  3. Yep! Having Lance Jackson and Smith Orogbo in the fold really helps the outlook of this class. PK is involved in my defensive recruitments to an extent.
  4. A number of Longhorns reaffirm their intent to remain on campus with Schloss.
  5. Yep! I will have an updated look at upcoming decisions set for early tomorrow AM.
  6. I saw him last night at the SEC Celebration, yeah, he’s been in the gym.
  7. Tower is Lit with SEC
  8. I love this addition. Winfield was a 2nd team freshman All American by Perfect Game at ULM this year. Had a 1.060 OPS in 54 games with 21 extra base hirs. Also stole 18 bases.
  9. Drew Bishop is officially back on the staff. Huge for Texas Baseball.
  10. At the Blanton Art museum
  11. Oregon’s on a shopping spree currently.
  12. 2025 Conroe CB Dorian Brew has committed to Oregon. The Ducks continue their hot streak this week following the commitments of Josiah Sharma and Jordon Davison.
  13. Was a really fun time with the Mannings at the MPA this weekend. Lots of excitement around Arch and his future at Texas – not only from his family, but the HS campers were plenty all over the Arch hype as well. Bright future.
  14. Anding will commit July 1. Previously he was scheduled to pull the trigger Friday or Saturday.
