2027 Westlake OL Jackson Cook has looked great today in one on ones. Cook visited in the winter and remains in contact with Texas.

Peyton Miller says he FaceTimed Sark last week and spoke with Derron Gatewood this morning. The Texas personnel team put Miller in a group chat this week as well. Miller will take his official visits and make a decision after. He will be at Texas and Clemson for unofficials in the spring. Miller says he speaks with someone from Texas every single day. “(Texas) going to make it hard to say no, for sure.”

2027 Anna OL Peyton Miller has four OV’s set now — Clemson, Texas, Arizona State and Texas Tech Says he will unofficially visit Florida who may earn an official as well. SMU is a possible OV as well.

OTF is out in Dallas this morning for the Jesse Owens Invitational track meet. Couple of quick updates on Jackson — we will have a longer more extensive interview coming this week. *** Jackson will be back on campus April 4th for an unofficial visit to Austin. The trip down will likely be a multi-day visit. Texas is expected to scrimmage on the 4th as well. Jackson dropped a top eight, though 4.5 schools are standing out currently — SMU, Texas Tech, Texas and Tennessee. Penn State is the half, but he’s yet to be out to Happy Valley. Muschamp was on the phone with Jackson minutes before speaking with me before his track events today. Muschamp and Orphey are in constant communication and Jackson says he feels like a high priority for Texas. Longhorns are in a very solid spot at the moment, with an early July decision date currently the plan. Official Visit Schedule • May 28: Texas Tech • June 5: SMU • June 12: Texas • June 19: Tennessee
