Won the rushing battle 141 to 94. Thought the DL got pushed around early but clearly they settled in at some point.
-
Wish Derek Cooper was healthy. Have a feeling we could dish more punishment if he was available
-
OL was the MVP. Just kept grinding away all game and I don't recall any procedure penalties.
-
I'm absolutely gobsmacked
-
We left so much time lol
-
Looks like a TD from top
-
I can't remember the last time an opposing kicker missed a clutch kick against us
-
Defense is just too weak. Simmons on the bench too for some odd reason
-
OL has been fighting all game. That's been encouraging. If we somehow get a stop here...don't give me hope.
-
I don't why we wait until deep in the second half to make his legs a factor. He's not a pocket passing QB but we sure keep trying to make him one.
-
He's forcing fumbles bud. 😂
-
Ahem
-
Finally a Bishop sighting. Play the talented players!
-
I predicted a 38-23 loss but this roster is further away than I thought. Just sobering. I knew LBer and secondary were weak but they're worse than expected. DL got worked too much too. Just weak. Smothers is the only playmaker on offense. It's just bad.
-
You can't..hes built like a brick house.
-
It's because their counterparts are all better. I mean, literally every position.
-
Maybe sit Arch for a series like we did to Ewers against Georgia. If he's not gonna use his legs and air mail balls then he's of no use.
-
Yes, they're clearly more talented just about everywhere.
-
People dont want to recognize the talent deficit because we've spent "millions".. What we do is good enough to beat the Vandys and OUs but not the top programs. Gotta land the difference makers.
-
And we still lost H2H recruiting battles for who Ohio St was actually after. Alliegro is a much better prospect than Biles who is a box safety masquerading as a LBer. You can get away with that in the ACC but not at this level.
-
If you fire Sark, who is a clear upgrade that's realistic to replace him? We could easily hire another Herman/Strong/Venables type and actually sink the program for several years if you make a stupid move. It still doesn't solve the core problem in that we aren't talented enough to take down the top programs.
-
We most definitely didn't.
-
Play calling isn't the problem people 😂
-
You can fire him but things aren't going to improve. Until we bring in the same caliber of player as the top programs, this will be the result when we play H2H. Have to beat Ohio St and Georgia off the field to beat them on the field.
-
Unfortunately he got his opportunity and pissed down his leg.
