  1. Is that what I was doing or is making an honest evaluation of the level of talent that we've played versus what's coming down the pipeline actually being reasonable? Davis warren, Michael Hawkins ? Two top 25 wins and I don't understand why either of those guys are starting at their respective programs.
  2. As good as Texas has looked, I think there are major questions marks and liabilities that need to be ironed out. Havent faced a real QB yet 6 games in which is concerning. Running game is still being identified with the lack of a true three down back with Baxter out.
  3. Might actually be the honest truth 😂
  4. 38-16 was my sober take. My Oklahoma suks beer take is 47 10
  5. I was lifting weights listening to this and I started laughing my head off and couldn't finish the set
  6. Klatt has become my favorite to listen to. Provides good insight from a QB perspective and knows a lot about all of these teams and players.
  7. Jonah Williams is my hero. OU sucks!

  8. Two great young leaders pushing each other towards greatness day in day out.
  9. I've been rewatching a lot of college football (mainly sec) from the past 10+ years and seeing Cam Newton again really reminds me of Jalen Milroe. Does anyone else see the comparison? If not, who would you compare Milroe to?
  10. Maybe I'm wrong but I was thinking the rain would benefit Alabama since Milroe is more of a dual threat as a passer and runner. Rain may limit the effectiveness of the pass which would make Georgia at a disadvantage with Carson Beck in my opinion.
  11. Orji makes Tebow look like Dan Marino
  12. The beard and balls bundle 😆
  13. Him doing everything to try to be mahomes
  14. Neyor looks good, happy for him
  15. He was a Lambo on that touchdown Saturday
  16. Just my personal opinion, but with the gambling operation influencing football especially at a professional level, the integrity of the game and money has severely hindered the product on the field. College football is going to take full advantage of that. Arch has money, and should be in no rush to go to the NFL where there is really no clear standard of what's good or bad football because so much is determined by money and the officials on the field. I hope I'm right that Arch stays for at least 2 years as a starter on top of whatever starts he makes this year.
  17. Illinois is a pro style very tough defense. I want to see how Dylan raiola plays tonight and will be rooting for Isaiah neyor.
  18. Arch is incredible, and what an honor to have him but man we wouldn't have gotten the transfers in, the commitments, the Kelvin Banks, cam Williams without Quinn. He and sark are the leaders of this perfect storm! Hook Em!
  19. Any chance Hayden Conner would stay an additional year and get work at center? Great write up!
  20. I'd say Alex January will definitely outperform his spot. January with a few years in this program? Elite. Need more dominant bodies like him in the trenches. Tremendous pedigree.
  21. To start us off, Sark said at his press conference today that talents such as Jerrin Thompson left on their own accord. While I appreciate our coaching staffs honesty with recruits and current members of the roster. What does Jerrins self exit say about the other guys in the room? Hook em
  22. Good morning, Blake. If there is already a thread feel free to delete this one! A thread for coffee and football questions!
  23. It is such a loaded room, that's why I asked the question. I couldn't contain my own built up excitement as Sark's full vision is truly now in place in year 4. The unpredictable array of talent and versatility this group possesses is down right scary, especially considering Quinn will have another year of development. The move to the sec may limit statistical numbers somewhat compared to big 12 play but the offensive line continues to progress and I expect a big step forward for a healthy CJ Baxter. It's great being a Texas fan right now! 🤘 I have Bolden for catches, Bond for yards, and Golden for touchdowns. Bold Prediction: Gunnar Helm five TD catches.
  24. Jones will be a prime example for future recruits as a testament to this coaching staffs ability to maximize a prospects potential. Jones was a guy I wasn't sure would keep his job at the college level, and now he will be competing for a starting job at the pro level once drafted. Sark along with his assistant coaches have really done a tremendous job teaching these young men discipline, fundamentals and how to work in the weight room and eat properly. They're teaching these young men how to become professionals. Hopefully Texas can keep Kyle Flood for many years to come. Go Christian Jones!
