  1. Winter induces a flyout to left to get the Longhorns out of the jam.
  2. None of Jonah, Schloss or Sark has been willing to divulge the plan publicly.
  3. It says that there's at least a chance he's with the football team tomorrow morning.
  4. Volantis issues a two-out walk and then three consecutive base hits end his afternoon. It's a three-run fifth for Upstate, who has a runner in scoring position with two outs. Michael Winter is on the mound to replace Volantis.
  5. After a Rodriguez single and stolen base and a Pack walk, Borba's two-out, three-run home run to into the left-field bullpen gives Texas a 5-0 lead in the bottom of the fourth.
  6. Rodriguez can flat hit. A nice piece of hitting on a sinking liner to center to lead off the fourth.
  7. Volantis works around a single and a walk allowed with one out to get out of the inning without either runner advancing further.
  8. Two hits allowed with three strikeouts through three scoreless innings for Volantis (37 pitches).
  9. How do you get out of a jam after allowing a one-out single? Get the next hitter to ground into a 1-6-3 double play to end the inning.
  10. Bases empty with two down for Ashton Larson.
  11. RBI sacrifice fly to deep center by Borba makes it 2-0, Texas.
  12. Becerra is on third with one out for Borba. A great chance for a crooked number.
  13. RBI groundout for Pack. Rodriguez scores and Texas has the lead, 1-0.
  14. It’s now RISP for Pack after Becerra steals second.
  15. Becerra reaches on an E3. It’s first and third with no outs for Pack.
  16. We’ll see how it’s scored, but Becerra sends a rocket to first that’s too hot to handle. He’s safe and Rodriguez advances to third.
  17. A Rod takes second with Becerra still in the box.
