    Its pretty simple. Texas doesn't value them at the same dollar amount that they value themselves (obviously). If they negotiate and Texas isn't comfortable with the number, they believe they can get the same player out of the portal. Is it right or wrong? No idea.

    Bobby said it multiple times, but on Coffee and Football today he said that Texas expects to have the offensive line sured up by Friday. Its Wednesday afternoon right now, am I the only one finding that incredibly hard to believe? How quickly can they pivot?

    This. Players are using Texas as leverage to up their NIL contracts at the schools they are at. Its happened multiple times this cycle. The real question is does Texas know this is happening, do they think they can actually get these players from the portal, and do they have legitimate back-up plans?

    On the border of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Fell in love with the Horns when my best friend's sister decided to move 1500 miles away and go to UT (I was obsessed with her, I was also 11). Try to make it down for at least one game a year now.
