  1. Is this lead official Gerry Hamilton's long lost brother?
  2. Not to wallow in misery, but one of the lows for me was when Herman refused to play Bijan his freshman year. You could tell Herman was on the way out and we can thank our lucky stars Bijan did not leave.
  3. Quinn can make any throw on the field and has transformed his body enough to run for a first down/out of a sack if needed. If he can show he can stay healthy, he is a top pick.
  4. The Driskill is great, on the more expensive side though. Convention Center is always a good option, but it can get more expensive on game days as well. It also gets filled up pretty quickly. We have enjoyed staying at the Stephen F. Austin on Congress. Its a good central location and reasonably priced.
  5. In my opinion its one of two things, or perhaps a little of both. Oregon is pulling an A&M and trying to buy a national championship. They see the top players in the recruiting rankings and go after them. Thats why it makes sense they were barely in the picture not too long ago. I also think Bobby is correct when he says that Texas simply didn't have a strong enough relationship with Moore to squash any BS about "being different." Thats on Texas. However, where my thoughts shift away from OTF is around their NIL package. Could it be that Texas was far off on what they were offering compared to Oregon prior to Oregon swooping in? Were they off the mark and NIL became a factor because Texas wasn't in the ballpark, compared to Oregon? Maybe nobody was in the ballpark compared to Oregon and we have our answer right there. At the end of the day, Moore's entire family was at the Texas OV, he gave a silent commitment to the team in June, and still burned them at the 11th hour. Maybe the young man just didn't want to pick Texas. It happens with these elite Texas recruits every so often.
  6. Understood, but a PC build can be a few grand and have way different games on it. I have never played on PC, I am an xbox guy, but I totally get the appeal.
  7. I can't see why they'd do that. It is one of the biggest game releases in recent memory. Do not a lot of PC players play sports games?
  8. GERRONIMOOOOOOOOOO
  9. Would he be viewed as DT #1? I know it may be more of a rotation next year, just trying to gauge him as a player.
  10. Done. You guys rock. Will support you wherever you go. Wish I could be more active like I used to be, but happy to support any way I can. Continue to crush it!
  11. Such a good night of fights already. What a card....
  12. Just ridiculous. My jaw dropped when i saw the number. X getting the love he deserves, well done.
  13. UTSA makes a lot of sense. No one has ever denied his talent, thats for sure.
  14. This duo rivals McCoy and Shipley....
  15. Gerry, would it be out of line to say this news is better than my wedding day?
  16. THE BOYS ARE BACK IN TOWN AND THE JERKY IS FLOWINGGGGGGG
  17. I trust the staff to identify if Muhammad would come in and be a Day One starter or not. If he was, I think they would have recruited him like Golden or Bond.
  18. Not gonna pretend to have any clue who he is. With that said, after last year, I think Sark deserves the benefit of the doubt. Hiring a young, up and coming guy from the NFL on a team in which he tries to emulate, count me in.
  19. I would feel different if this was happening to Texas and would have already probably had a nervous breakdown, but coaches leaving and the mad dash to the portal/chase for teams like Texas, Oregon, etc., etc. is fun as heck.
  20. Which, if we are being honest, is a suspect approach. Sure, it gets you the player, but what does it do to the locker room? What if Muhammad doesn't play well? I think this just shows the culture differences between Oregon and Texas. Two very successful programs, but I think they operate differently.
  21. Thumbnails on the youtube vids are a complete gamechanger. Great job, y'all! You're crushing it.
  22. Thanks, CJ. Appreciate the hard work you are putting in for the site. Him leaving the visit without a commitment has to give Texas fans a shroud of hope, right?
  23. Interesting. Does Texas view corner as a significant position of need? I understand some guys (like Johnson) are numbers busters, but I feel like there may be bigger areas of need elsewhere? Maybe I am far off.
  24. Does he really think going to Oregon over playing in the SEC will help improve his draft stock? Bit of an odd one for me. NIL has to be in play here too. With that said, I think their secondary is going to be a pleasant surprise next year. Muhammad would have been the cherry on top, though.
