i have a buddy who is dead set that even if the federal court overturns the baton rouge ruling that LSU would play the guys and say "we are following a state judge ruling" i was like yeah go ahead and go to colorado and bring some of the THC extract into Texas. and then when you get charged with a felony, try and tell Texas that you were following Colorado law.
