    If you don't make a playoff you can't compete for a national championship, anything less than playoff birth is failure.

    Going to 9 conference games will automatically give us high SOS which the committee obviously doesn't reward. Going forward there is no point to these games and the goal should make the playoff.

    By conference: SEC - Auburn, because of their boosters and admin. Vanderbilt is second for me. BIG - Rutgers or Purdue ACC - Duke, basketball outshines you no matter what. Big 12 - Kansas similar to Duke but also outshined by Kansas State

    IMO next year should be in it to win it year. Spare no expense and go above budget to shoot for a title.

    A wish I have that wouldn’t require as much NIL as Coleman would be Marsh out of Michigan State. He’d be easily the best receiver on our team.

    Yes because players are never lured to the portal before they enter.

    Should stick with 85 even if expanded to 105 due to NIL allotment, unless the player is okay with just the scholarship and no NIL. There is already so much dead NIL on our roster that should be purged.

    I agree the money shouldn’t be wasted on a HS player unless they are a DK Moore, Jeremiah Smith, or Ryan Williams type which there isn’t one in this class. Marsh out of Michigan St is someone we should try to lure if we want to add a high end WR type.

    Better backs would net better results, period. By your theory Bijan would be terrible behind this line.

    I think we have plenty of speed in the WR room it was just not used properly early on, well at least until about a month ago. You have to also factor in Sarks good ol “circle of trust.” The freshmen all have speed and so do the guys in the 2026 class. IMO use money that would be needed for him towards the portal.

    Rush TDs By RBs this season Lacy 19 Hardy 15 Haynes 10 Donaldson 10 Parker 6 Texas Football 5, 1 of those is already in the transfer portal

    I believe any of those 5 would have performed better behind this OL that what we currently have.

    They need to get more funds there for a bigger staff as well.

    Bishop is a better receiver prospect than Lott

    Good, use that NIL allocation for the portal for much bigger needs than a guy who is a better athlete than WR.
