    1. NIL is open and free market, Collectives can have terms in contract. Player transfer penalties, non competes, etc 2. Officiating has national oversight. grades made public on crews. There has to be some gambling issues with the horrnedus calls the last several years. 3. All aggie fans required to see someone on their mental health issues 4. Big 12 and ACC only play in 11am slot on Saturdays, Friday nights, and TH nights 5. No automatic bids for conference champs. 6. No Bowl games at all. Team 17-32 have a NIT type tourney. 7. Regulate second hand ticket market, paying $150 fees per ticket is BS.
