Charles is scheduled to fly into Austin Saturday morning. Arriving around noon. Port Charlotte High is currently playing a second round playoff game. Per a source close to Javion Hilson, he’s not expected in Austin or Gainesville this weekend. We shall see if he shows up on a campus anywhere. 5. Florida vs. Texas down the stretch for ... Myron Charles and Kellen Wiley Gators trying late with Javion Hilson. Obviously, Jaime Ffrench will be in Austin this weekend after visiting UF last weekend.
  6. Friday morning Kellen Wiley Update OnTexasFootball was told by a source very close to the recruitment of 4-star linebacker Kellen Wiley (Seffner, Fla./Armwood) that he will be in Gainesville for a visit to Florida this weekend. The family had gone back-and-forth on the plans Thursday. Texas was attempting to get the 6-3.5, 226-pounder back on campus this weekend. Texas remains considered the favorite for the Sunshine State senior riser over Florida headed into the weekend - per the source close to the recruitment.
  7. Michael Terry III is a “maybe” for Texas-Kentucky game Saturday. Alamo Heights plays a playoff game in Corpus Christi Friday night … so could be dependent on how the game goes, and how late they are getting back to SA
  8. Was told Joseph Mbatchou is a maybe for the OV to Tennessee this weekend. We shall see which way it goes Saturday
  9. Sark doesn't generally want to cut the field in half ... negates a lot of pre-snap eye candy and attempts to cause false steps/confusion
  10. That's what is planned. Let's see if he shows.

  12. Former Texas target (they should have taken) Donnie Freeman getting a lot of NBA first round mock's right now. https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/player/gamelog/_/id/4873145/donnie-freeman
  13. Texas feeling good, as of last night. I'm a broken record ... if Florida, Miami and FSU (Ced Baxter) just let some of their top prospects walk out of the home state and go to Texas, Ohio State, etc... they should be fired. The battles must be had by Texas to win big in the Sunshine State, Peach State, etc...
  14. Brian Kelly antics not popular with one key person in the family.
  15. I think this one is 70-75% chance Kade ends up at Texas.
  16. Hightower (Texas) High 4-star DB and LSU verbal Kade Phillips told OnTexasFootball he is visiting Texas Saturday for the Kentucky game. He’s making the trip with his parents.
  17. Texas feels pretty good , but feels like there is work to be done still Tennessee scheduled to take their mighty swing this weekend Getting Mbatchou and father on campus twice this season is key - only school to have done that. Also watching to see if Georgia tries to make a late move with Kevin Wynn trending heavily to South Carolina as of today
  18. Myron Charles Note The Florida Gators are making a major run at 4-star++ defensive lineman and Texas commitment Myron Charles (Port Charlotte, Fla./High). OnTexasFootball has been told that Texas has felt pretty good about conversations since the 6-4.5, 310-pounder made a visit to Florida for the LSU game over the weekend. With that said, there is also some confidence on the Florida front. The Gators are working to get Charles back on campus this weekend for the Ole Miss game, and attempting to pressure Charles to open up his recruitment early this week. Texas and Florida duking it out for one of the nations top defensive linemen.
  19. He's a stud prospect for sure. Arrington and the 2026 CB RJ Sermons (should be a 5-star IMO) are elite prospects
  20. Tramon Mark update The Texas Longhorns have played the first four games without transfer guard Tramon Mark. Mark, 6-foot-5, has been rehabbing a sprained ankle suffered before the Colorado scrimmage October 26. OTF was informed Tuesday mid-morning that Mark's return could be as early as Thursday. Texas is "Very hopeful" that Mark will play his first game as a Longhorn Thursday against Syracuse at 6pm CST on ESPN2. The Longhorns will play either St. Joe's or Texas Tech on Friday, November 22. OTF will say it's a game time decision, but he progressing on schedule for a return to the court as early as Thursday. Tramon Mark by the numbers 2023-24 at Arkansas: 16.2 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists. He connected on 36.4% from three. 2022-23 at Houston: 10.1 ppg, 4.9 rebs and 1.8 assists 2021-22 at Houston: 10.1 ppg, 2.4 rebs and 2.4 assists 2020-21 at Houston: 7.8 ppg, 3.0 rebs and 1.7 assists Mark is a career 42.4% shooter in 107 games, including 32.0% (99 makes) from three, and 79.6% from the foul line.
  21. I really think all of this comes down to USC beating Notre Dame next weekend. If ND takes a second loss, five SEC teams will get in IMO The craziest SEC scenario is now in play with Georgia beating Tennessee last weekend. Six 10-2 teams headed into SEC Championship Game if Texas A&M wins at Auburn this weekend and in CS November 30: Georgia Ole Miss Alabama Texas Texas A&M Tennessee
  22. Hunter, Sanders and Jeanty in that order
  23. Jerry trying to get the game canceled tonight?
  24. For sure ... was told last night that AC is now getting a 2nd round grade. Is out of the question he could end up first round late? We shall see. He's going to test well at the NFL combine too
  25. Ffrench and Graceson Littleton are with the same - for what its worth
