    OTF believes Texas will get Cal LB transfer Cade Uluave on campus Thursday or Friday. The 6-foot-1, 235 pounder recorded 97 tackles and 3 sacks in 2025. Uluave went into the transfer portal with a “no contact” tag.

    Texas had him No. 4 when the portal opened, as a player. They just liked three others more, but he's a quality ILB with football smarts/savvy.

    No. Texas just has others they like better. He was NO. 4 on the initial LB list when the portal opened. But Woodyard is also a very good player.

    OTF has been wondering who the No. 1 LB target is, well Christian Alliegro, Avon (Ct.) Old Farms/Wisconsin is that guy that's been on top of the board (along with one other).     Kicker Gianni Spetic commits to Texas Memphis transfer kicker Gianni Spetic announced on X he has committed to the Texas Longhorns. The 6-foot-3, 210-pounder out of Chardon (Ohio) Notre Dame Cathedral connected on 15 of 20 FG's, including 4 of 5 from 50+ in 2025. He kicked for two years at Ohio U. prior to transferring to Memphis for the 2025 season. Spetic lettered multiple years in football, baseball, soccer and basketball in high school.
