  1. This is what college coaches want him to develop into ... https://www.espn.com/nfl/player/_/id/4430802/darnell-washington
  2. I'm at a 7v7 for a little while this morning ... this is my fourth time seeing him in person. I would say he will be 6-5.5, 265'ish when all is said and done. 10.5 inch hands, 80+ inch wingspan
  3. For sure. He's still a very young player in terms of the TE position. That upside, both physically and as a TE, has top programs very excited. He's a scratching the surface type of 4-star prospect for me.
  4. At the Under Armour Game ... Colin mentioned he lost about 10 pounds during the season. I think he will see that fluctuation ... Simmons at 245-250 prior to the 2024 season wouldn't be a shock. Then settling in around 240'ish during the season in year one.

  7. Kiotti Armstrong Junior HUDL http://www.hudl.com/video/3/17266105/654be24aab9c2705ec6e272c
  8. Here is the main thing I would say about Armstrong's recruitment right now ... Texas is in a very good spot. If I had to make a prediction on February 4, it would be Texas.
  9. Jasper (Texas) High tight end Kiotti Armstrong is among the top offensive targets for Texas in the 2025 cycle. Armstrong, 6-foot-5 and 250 pounds, attended Texas Junior Day January 20. He also received a school visit from head coach Steve Sarkisian and tight ends coach Jeff Banks in January. “Coach Sark told me to go out there and handle my business,” Armstrong said today. “And keep developing.” Former Jasper High teammate and good friend Tyanthony Smith has had a strong message for Armstrong since getting settled in at Texas. “He likes it a lot,” Armstrong said. “He told me Texas is where he needs to be.” Texas A&M Junior Day visit Armstrong attended Junior Day at Texas A&M January 13. Getting to spend time on campus with the new staff was key. “I liked it a lot,” he said. “Being able to be around the new staff. How they treat me and that they will try to develop me as a person and not just a football player.” Visit plans in March Armstrong is expected to make an unofficial visit to Texas March 22 prior to a 7v7 tournament in Round Rock the 23rd and 24th. A visit to Texas A&M in March is also a possibility. Armstrong currently has 28 offers. That includes SEC programs Texas, Texas A&M, Alabama, LSU, Oklahoma, Auburn, Florida, Ole Miss, Arkansas and Mississippi State.

  11. Think there is a lot of truth/facts in that.
  12. I'll start with Kirkland ... he's got a long recovery from the knee surgery. Goosby - a lot of positives out of Austin on him. 6-8, 310-315 now. Crazy he was 6-6.25'ish and 270 when he committed. Chatman - Texas loves the overall athleticism and upside. Question is where on the line will he end up. He's taken reps all across the line. Spring will be key there IMO Stroh receives praise too. He's going to maximize every ounce of what he has. Among the most physical OL's in the run game. Cojoe is still so young, and still maturing. If he remains patient and stays with the process, he has a chance from what I've been told.
  13. I see Texas signing a five man class in 2025. Just too much high-end talent in the cycle. Six isn't out of the question, but I'm thinking/hearing five now.
  14. Texas up to No. 32 in NCAA NET after the win at TCU https://www.ncaa.com/rankings/basketball-men/d1/ncaa-mens-basketball-net-rankings
  15. If it ended today, yes. 4 Quad wins after TCU yesterday. Road wins at TCU and OU
