    Not coming to Texas and has asked out of his NLI per Jamie Shaw. I don’t understand this. The narrative of other guards doesn’t wash with me. This is a high end kid with tons of upside.

    I remember liking Wingo in the recruiting process just as much if not more than than Hudson and not worrying one bit if he went to Tech. Lots of gnashing of teeth when Hudson chose Tech. Sark just went and got Wingo.

    Texas has to get guys with length that can stretch the floor. The blueprint is obvious if you’ve watched the tourney. There is a unicorn or two with that kid from NCSt and maybe Edey. For the most part though it’s spread em, ball screen two man game, kick to shooter or high low action.

    TY I’m tired of the poor Texas NIL excuse. Again CDC didn’t say that. Not sure why he would blatantly lie about it. CDC also said the pride of the University of Texas will not be entrusted to the weak and timid. Shots fired if anyone paid attention to that. CDC was very short on baseball and was very complimentary of a lot of other programs. It was an interview with Trey E. Told me everything I needed to see. I don’t believe he’ll let baseball flounder when the directors cup means a lot to him. Baseball is the worst program on campus with the major sports. Behind football, softball, both hoops and of course volleyball. Tennis and swimming are also better.

    Another kid I like is Myles Rice from Wazzu. Pac12 freshman of the year who averaged 14 a game. Pac12 was a better league than I gave it credit for this season. He’s not a must get but he would be a really nice addition.
