Right, so isn't there a danger that he is ruled ineligible after playing the season, possibly resulting in consequences like vacated wins?

I'd imagine that goes for just about everyone here.

My question is this: What he filed is a "temporary injunction", correct? Doesn't that mean that if he wins, he would be allowed to play pending a final ruling? If so, isn't there a possibility that the final ruling could declare him ineligible, in which case Texas would have played an ineligible player?

I'm pretty sure any school, including Texas, would do the same thing if they were in Tech's position.
