    The power of COVID super seniors and striking gold in the transfer portal. Seen it quite a bit over the last few years. It can get mediocre head coaches paid generational wealth. Don’t hate the coach. Hate the game. Sark is building it right. Top 5 HS classes every cycle + judicious use of the transfer portal + a staff that can develop these guys into NFL draft picks = sustainable program and not a GameStop stock short squeeze type of situation.

    All great teams/programs have at least one struggle win a year, unless you’re 1995 Nebraska. The 2001 Miami Hurricanes needed a miracle to beat Boston College. The 2019 LSU Tigers had to convert a 3rd and 17 to beat Texas. Georgia in 2022 had to hang on to beat Missouri. It’s football. Any given Saturday. Long winded way of saying I wouldn’t put too much stock into some of these games.
