    Yeah add him and end up with a class of Justus Terry, Myron Charles, Josiah Sharma, Joseph Mbatchou, and Chace Sims. 1 high end DL, 2 solid DL, and 2 developmental DL. Supplement the losses of Collins and Broughton with the portal. Wouldn’t be bad at all.

    Throw the Brinks truck at Justus Terry and see how interested he is. If he still chooses Georgia, push for a Kevin Wynn flip, Chace Sims and Mbatchou.

    Agreed. I know the staff wants to avoid upsetting the locker room by giving a HS kid that kind of money, but elite DL prospects like this don’t come along very often. You have to go the Aggy route and pay a premium for them. Difference is Baker has proven in his short time he can develop, so I trust him to develop his prospects into NFL draft picks.

    These are the type of players that will eventually get Texas over that final hurdle along with players like Justus Terry. Gotta recruit the front 7 the way you recruit WRs and QBs. Hope Texas can win this battle.

    Texas has recruited all offensive positions fine. They do need to pony up the NIL $$$ for DTs NTs for defensive recruiting. Not worried about recruiting at all unless they go 8-4

    The way OU’s offense is playing, Maine is not a guaranteed win either. Remember when a Brian Ferentz led Iowa offense beat something called South Dakota State 7-3? I could see OU beat Maine like that if the wagon wheels completely fall off.

    Awful news for that young man. Wish him a speedy recovery and to come back next year stronger than ever. As for this season, Barron, Taaffe, Mukuba, McDonald, and Rubell are more than capable of holding down the fort. I trust Kwiatkowski, Nansen, Gideon, and Joseph to keep this secondary humming.

    Tough 6 games to close out the season. No guaranteed wins left. Texas has to come out ready for war every week for the rest of the season and embrace being the hunted now. While the #1 ranking doesn’t matter at this point in the season (recruiting purposes aside), I’m glad the program is getting to experience this because it will make them stronger in the end.

    Michigan might have to win that game like 6-3, 13-10, 17-14 to have a chance but you never know. Would be amazing for Texas recruiting and tank Ohio State's recruiting, that's for sure.
