  1. Not yet but I just need a live chicken to sacrifice to Jobu…
  2. It depends on severity. It’s one of the few ankle sprains that full immobilization is recommended for the first few weeks even in mild cases. They tend to be recurrent so with a freshman back of his caliber I would hope and expect the staff to be conservative. 4-6 weeks at best and maybe 8 if they are worried about chronic instability. Severity matters. Imaging grade and clinical grade of severity are different.
  3. It was the play where he was wrapped up at the waist and the d tackles lower body rolls up on him while a linebacker drives him back over the d linemen.
  4. Or they could be this years Georgia and we have to play them twice.
  5. @Jeff Howe Did we love Simmons dropping into pass coverage so much. That was a little surprising. Not just once. Multiple times.
  6. 1. I want to know how fast Littleton got up to on that fumble return because he put distance between him and Dawn Jr, who is pretty fast and had the angle. 2. Jonah closed quickly on that crossing route. That was an impressive close for him. I think the coaches are going to find out who are just gamers. They might mess up in practice but they make up for it when the lights come on.
  7. I was surprised by UH being so pedestrian today.
  8. Some of those positions feel thin. I’m also interested to see if any guys just show up as “gamers”.
  9. It was the right call. I think they would have kept him. But I think CJ wanted more cash than his production warranted. It’s tough. But that is the landscape now.
  10. Fair. But give context to the stats.
  11. Is that an overreaction at this point or under reaction?
  12. Against Youngstown State. No one is denying they can still be good players. Barnes wanted to be guaranteed his spot. Baxter wanted more pay than his production warranted. Do you want players that don’t want to compete? Do want someone that hasn’t shown he is back to his former level, and hasn’t played a full season ever, to take your NIL from players that are guaranteed P4 production players?
  13. 4-6 weeks depending on the location. If he had to play he could. But if he doesn’t have to then let it recover. Bone is consistently unpredictable and the decision is typically pain based. It could still show on MRI for months. I think they will play it safe for week 1. But expect him back week 2.
