    I think most people thought six and one would be the best record possible at this point in the season. Some people predicted we may have a loss to OU or even Michigan as well prior to the season starting. I think it’s OK to take a step back and see how the team responds. With the 12 team playoff, one loss does not end your season.

    Whatever, we have to play tempo when it gets to third down or just not changing personnel. So stick with two tight end sets, we can’t substitute because it allows Georgia to bring in their elite pass rushers. Whenever they got to third down, they made sure to go tempo to prevent us from substituting.

    SCar up 14-0. OU might have to put Jackson Arnold back in. Hawkins with an INT on first possession and a fumble that turned into a scoop and score on the second.

    they will play their best ball against us. mark it down. after a horrible start vs bama and nearly crapping the bed vs UK and letting MSU put up 31, they will be out for blood. we have to match their intensity and bring our A game like we did vs. Michigan this year and Bama last year. i'm ok if we get up big by halftime/3rd quarter and coast rest of the game....seems to be the MO this year. but eventually, someone will make it a 4 quarter game and we will have to prove we can come out on top. maybe this weekend?

    Gets his first sack in the NFL! Playing for the eagles. Great story after he was carted off the field in training camp last year with a head injury. Then gets a pressure on next play to force 4th down.

    nobody WANTS to get hit (esp a QB). it's been nearly a month since he played in a game. needed a quarter to get going. thankful for the defense for stepping up and making some big plays to keep OU out of the endzone..

Also, makes it seems like Venables was surprised he wasn't going to the NFL. Interesting read, but I think it is smokescreen for the dumpster fire that is their QB room
