I think this is exactly right. If you are taking a kid that is already 315+ lbs., he better be physically ready for the NFL. He can improve on technique but for the most part he is what he is going to be. The real monsters seem to come in at 275-290 lbs. with great athleticism and improve both in technique and size. Hey guys I know Texas has its priorities set with who they want, but what happened to Peyton Miller? I thought that was a Texas commit through and through. I know they’re going after Camara and the kid from SOC, but who are the inside guys were on rn?

I think floods main issue was not being willing to utilize the portal to his advantage and making high school development his sole focus. Prioritizing experienced older offensive lineman out of the portal over chasing overpriced NIL five stars high school ones is what i would do. I am very intrigued to see if ojo and cantwell live up to the HUGE nil deals they got at this respective schools.
