I often wonder if people are ever embarrassed with silly replies like this. I guess you’re innately a first person expert on any opinion you espouse. Ever. Just look our record last three years. Winning that many games with our schedule does not happen with no O Line. Look at where we were before he got here from 2010 until now. As you said, if he was good enough for Saban, he is good enough for me. This has been stated multiple times. But context is not applied. I don’t have numbers now but have looked recently. in the past 3 years, the NFL has drafted more tackles than G and Cs combined. Two years ago, fewer than 5 Cs were drafted. Tackles are converted to guards but not the other way around. There are reasons for that. One of those reasons lies in why tackles are drafted higher too. With the ultimate question being who is developing interior guys?

He's smooth and athletic. Not quite Clyde the Glide or anything, but looks like a 10-year NBA player in my eyes, at least.
