  1. Past hour
  2. A blocking TE is doing exactly what we expected him to do.
  3. I was at that game. It was really cold. Afterwards I was pretty well convinced I had just seen the best team in college football. 1969 proved me prescient. 🤘🏻🤘🏼🤘🤘🏽🤘🏾🤘🏿
  4. That's true. When I drunk Palomas Saturday at the tailgate it made @General Grant want to drink Palomas as well.
  5. I agree and i think there could be even more than that. I don't know all of their schedules and what is ahead of them but i could see a world where there are several teams in that 9-3 range. Teams like Missouri, Mississippi State, Florida, Texas A&M, Tennessee could very well be in that range. And that would be a tough task for the committee.
  6. We weren’t awful, but we were snake bit. It was frustrating as hell. I don’t think I have ever seen a team endure that much bad luck and then some how make their own momentum and absolutely dominate another elite team. Being able to overcome that much adversity and then hang in there long enough to find a way to flip momentum is one of the hardest things to do in sports. I am not sure if you have played college or high level high school sports, but overcoming that kind of bad luck on top of bad luck on top of bad luck is almost impossible. The heat was a non factor. A lot of OSU players are from the South. It felt really nice on the field, I was in the first row.
  7. Is there a world where the SEC has 3-4, 3 loss teams that all have quality wins and only 2 teams with 2 or fewer losses? That’s how a 9-3 team makes it in this year imo.
  8. Anyone who says that alcohol use affects only the user is out of touch with reality.
  9. The Knoxville News-Sentinel and The Knoxville Journal: https://www.knoxnews.com/picture-gallery/sports/college/university-of-tennessee/football/2026/09/21/tennessee-vols-football-texas-longhorns/91671978007/
  10. Yeah those were hilarious. They would be so good now that Oklahoma & aggy are struggling
  11. Just need to bring back the @Gerry Hamilton Manscape reads on C&F then all will be right in the world
  12. It was in the early third quarter. I think it had more to do with a particular play call and frustration with a question penalty on that driver. I didn’t feel like the boos were actually directed at the team and they weren’t very loud. Actually, I remember wondering what the boos were for. It wasn’t much. We were booing the refs for a few plays that serious so who knows
  13. It's been a blast, I know Bobby somewhere reading this with a beet red face dying laughing. Whatever was ailing him, I'm sure he laughed it all out.
  14. A weed thread on OTF was not on my bingo card for today 😁
  15. Also refers to the Longhorns as the "Texas Orangemen"
  16. It's actually a pretty nuanced and interesting story re the power struggle at MADD that got her tossed out. She always claimed she wasn't against alcohol, but rather against drunk driving, that MADD was becoming neoprohibitionist. Thanks for reminding me of that history...
  17. Very night at my house legally
  18. I think this only makes the schedule even more difficult than it already was. If Oklahoma loses they come into that game fighting for their life and same with the loser of the LSU/A&M game when we play them in November
  19. Cirrhosis says hi. Long term overuse causes problems.
  20. Only short-term. Marijuana has longer-lasting effects on the brain that alcohol doesn't have because it is metabolized so quickly. The narcotic chemicals in marijuana are fat-soluble, so they remain in your system and brain for a long time. Also, if someone drinks alcohol, then they are the only one affected. If you smoke or vape marijuana, then the people nearby are affected. It's highly intrusive, just like cigarette smoking, which I didn't think they allowed in the stands. I have no problem with marijuana if you are eating it. Just don't smoke it in the stands and blow it my way.
  21. Today
  22. The founder of MADD ended up being a lobbyist for the liquor industry. Smoke that!
