Is it safe to assume that Texas is in the top tier when it comes to NIL resources for both baseball and softball?
-
It’s had zero effect. Zero.

Is Peaking at the Right Time important
GoHorns1 replied to Horns7's topic in On Texas Football Forum
Absolutely peaking in playoffs is always important. tOSU lost its last regular season game to a bad Michigan team at home. -
Absolutely less. Texas sends more retention than portal.

Campbell isn't the one behind the softball $$$. It's his partner, John Sellers. Sellers wife played softball at Tech and John doesn't want to get cut off in the bedroom. Edit: @GoHorns1 beat me to it one post above.
-
John Sellers( Cody’s partner )wife is softball the sugar mommy. The softball field is named after her and is former softball player at Tech.

81 Days Until Kickoff: Who Was The Best No. 81?
Waxahorn replied to Blake Munroe's topic in On Texas Football Forum
I saw a good number of Dronett's games in person. Shane was a real warrior in my opinion. It's a darn shame how he ended up after NFL years. -
Campbell is going to go scorched earth after the embarrassment he just took. No saving college sports for him. He going get tech into more trouble. He’s the one with real addiction and mental illness.

Great interview Bobby. Just had to get a jab in at A&M there at the end didn't you!

The 2028 four-star quarterback from American Heritage HS in South Florida was expected at Michigan for an unofficial visit yesterday and today. I'm told by a source near his recruitment that the visit to Ann Arbor was cancelled. Lawrence will travel to Nike HQ in Oregon next week for The Opening Finals. He's still set to commit on June 25 between Texas, Miami, Michigan, Notre Dame, and Texas A&M. OTF placed a Trending Texas forecast in favor of the Longhorns on June 3. We still like that pick ahead of next week.

25-26 Director's Cup Thread
DirectorsCupUpdates replied to DirectorsCupUpdates's topic in On Texas Football Forum
6 of our lowest 7 scores in the directors’ cup this year. Coach Flo has the history, but not the recent results. -
Or she could come to Texas and have a legitimate and real NIL deal with Nike.
-
Tech has gotten two players today. No names yet. 😬
-
Come to Texas where endorsements can make up the difference in NIL cash. There's this brand called Nike. They might want you on their Texas Team.
-
Do you think her being a Nike sponsored athlete will have any sway on where she end up? Tech is an Adidas school I believe.

Is Peaking at the Right Time important
hookem1014 replied to Horns7's topic in On Texas Football Forum
Miami and Ohio State peaked in the sense they were clicking on all cylinders especially defensively once the CFP came around. 2024 Texas had some question marks throughout the season that followed them til the end, particularly o line/run game/red zone and Quinn’s inconsistencies (health was major factor there). To answer the question, peaking at the right time is important in all sports. Especially with an expanded CFP, there’s a little more margin for error earlier on than later in the season. Even 2024 ND made the natty after losing to NIU early. -
For sure. Don't want to minimize her impact there.

Will less than Kavan
