Been seeing some people say Bo Mascoe played poorly. I didn’t notice much..anyone able to chime in on that?

I thought outside of the interception and one other pass in the first half, Arch looked so much better on the easy passes. I loved how after Texas State sold out for the run, Texas utilized a ton of swing passes to keep their backs productive.

An offense like Texas State is like facing the triple option. You get through it, and move on. Though I think Tennessee runs a version of it, but not to the extremes that Texas State does.

You could tell the game is much slower for Arch, the interception was just greedy and won’t happen again from him.

Defense had very little exotic looks. The fact that we were able to keep those in the bag for Ohio State bodes very well. I give the overall perfeomance an A. Arch threw DOTS all game. His accuracy is night and day from last year. That also bodes extremely well for Texas. Skys the limit folks.

Best start to a season as we’ve seen under Sark. Ceiling is sky high.

Jackson didn’t have even 200 yards passing, which is shocking considering all the completions. Quick passing game is a headache for a defense and will lead to frustration. I’m super excited about only 4 penalties no matter the opponent

Solid A performance

I want to rewatch the game almost strictly for defensive purposes. I could be wrong, but it felt like a pretty basic, bland game plan by Will Muschamp.
