Scott Appleton headlines the list after winning the 1963 Outland Trophy and helping lead the Longhorns to a national championship. Leonard Davis became a consensus All-American before being selected No. 2 overall in the 2001 NFL Draft. More recently, Christian Jones started 48 games and was a key piece of Texas’ return to the College Football Playoff. Current No. 70: Kaden Scherer.
