Another way to look at it is that there isn't a game on the criminal schedule that Texas wouldn't be favored to win, with the possible exception of at Alabama. The over/under win total for Texas with the criminal schedule would be 11.5. The over/under for the criminals with the Texas schedule would probably be 7.5. Given that Texas favored over the criminals, it's really 6.5.

I left out Ole Miss at home for the criminals, which should fall right around or just below playing Tennessee on the road. Moves the needle slightly for the criminals, but still not enough to overtake the difficulty of Texas road games.

Thank you Texas Baseball for an exciting season!

Back to football schedule whining by the criminals. Let's rank games by level of difficulty top to bottom and see who really has the tougher schedule. Hardest game on the criminal schedule is Texas in Dallas. We can't play ourselves, and it's not our fault Venables is a goober. Doesn't count for comparison purposes, but it will count as a criminal loss. Next hardest game for the criminals is at Alabama. It's at Georgia or at Ohio State for Texas. Take Georgia. Texas game is more difficult. Second hardest game for the criminals is probably at South Carolina. Not even close to at Ohio Sate. Texas game is more difficult. Next hardest game for the criminals is probably LSU at home. It's at Florida for Texas. Not a clear demarcation here, but it's probably harder to play Florida on the road than LSU at home. Next toughest game for the criminals figures to be Michigan at home. Next for Texas is A&M at home. A&M will likely be better than Michigan. Harder for Texas. Next hardest for the criminals is at Tennessee. This could perhaps be flipped with Michigan. Next for Texas is probably at Kentucky. Harder for the criminals. Next for the criminals is probably Auburn at home. Next for Texas is probably Arkansas at home. Arnold and Freeze could be really terrible, but Auburn is more talented than Arkansas. Tougher for the criminals. Next in line for the criminals is Missouri at home. Next for Texas is Vandy at home. I don't think Missouri will be very good, but they'll probably be a little better than Vandy. Harder for the criminals. We have Mississippi State on the road in conference. The other road game in conference for the criminals is technically us. The non-conference schedule not listed here is more difficult for Texas, but it shouldn't matter. Overall, slightly tougher for Texas because of the high end level of difficult road games.

Pretty impressive punting and kickoffs, huge leg and a few quick get offs, ad libs and angular placement. -

Yeah..sorta? Bouwmeester is the only punter on roster. But a freshman being the backup; Kern staying would've been better in a worst case scenario. BUT if that were to happen, I'd assume Will Stone would punt. -

While the ending didn’t meet expectations, it was a great season and the future looks promising again for Texas baseball. -

So, is this a good thing? -
In the Women's College World Series (WCWS) finals, 79% of the teams that have won the championship series also won Game 1. Texas and Kavan need to bring their best and win game 1!! Hook em! 🧡🐂🤘🏼

Why does OU losing feel a little like singing “the wicked witch is dead”?

Underhand pitching is much easier on the shoulder and elbow than overhand pitching. -
I'm all in on TK over Canady. I just hope the Tech fans don't travel with tortillas.

I’m sure adrenaline will take over, this is for the championship. Both teams will bring it and gotta love the in state rivalry for all the marbles.

If you're like this after that loss, I wonder how you managed to survive Texas football in the 2010's
-
I doubt it, softballers can pitch forever it seems.

Great information! Not a lot of folks are aware of how the sport works. The races were very contested. I figured Stanford would be elite given the talent and maturity of their crews. Didn't know a lot about Yale. Really didn't waste any energy with each boat. Really an entertaining watch on ncaa.com. Our crews should be among the top 2026 teams, especially with this season's growth. SEC creating a championship really helps, especially with getting to compete with Tennessee regularly. Hook 'em! -

Me, too. Doesn’t she have over 300 pitches already? I know over 100 pitches per game is typical in softball, but jeez…
