  1. Past hour
  2. Could anyone imagine California Sark giving a speech like this?
  3. I can’t stand Kirby or Georgia or their “Go Dawgs” fan base, but he is 100% a bad ass head coach. The ultimate maximizer of talent and situational football. And to your point a true belief in a physical power run game. The complete opposite end of the spectrum from the finesse scheme and undisciplined football that Sark deploys.
  4. Good read Gerry. I wonder how much of Arch's lack of development is what they are asking him to do? It seems like he is uncomfortable in the pocket even when he has time to throw, not reading the field or receivers not getting open, I don't know. Maybe slow developing routes are the problem? He has trouble hitting receivers in stride when they are crossing the field in front of him. We don't have an effective RPO game when that seems like it is something Arch should excel at. How many times have we run a true RPO where Arch pulls the ball and made significant yardage? The guy just looks uncomfortable out there to many times. It's frustrating.
  5. This is like watching the Nick Saban documentary all over again This really is what being the most physical football team is all about in a game in which physicality at the highest levels are required
  6. Almost 4,000 tickets added to stubhub this morning for Florida game. Sark might be on that James Franklin exit if the defense doesn’t start scoring points on their own.
  7. Said this last season but kind of a joke at this point that Milwee is the QBs coach. He helped recruit arch but has zero leg to stand on as the qualifications to be QBs coach. Just another yes man sark can wield power over.
  8. I get what you are saying, but both can be true. You can 100% accurately evaluate Arch right now. QB innate feel, instincts and in game quick decision making this season has a lot of opportunities and trends.
  9. Great post and unfortunately a very raw look at where Arch is as a QB and this Offense is under Sark. You have to look at the trends and we have been trending down for 4 years now on the offensive side of the ball without any introspection from our HC/OC. He’s not even willing to consider an alternative. His ego will ultimately cost him his job at this rate. Not sure what you do with Arch but he is an absolute head case, not sure if he has a mental performance coach but the kid needs one badly. He simply isnt processing things fast enough which leads to very poor decision making. If Texas doenst have the VR system that Jaydon Daniel’s was using at LSU they to immediately get it. Defense is good enough to keep us in games but not sure that’s enough with this schedule. With all the money spent on this team the offense and special teams will cost us a playoff spot.
  10. A lot of Quinn’s “regression” had to do with the deteriorating RB room.
  11. Oh, we have an offensive identity. It's that we are pathetically inept at moving the ball.
  12. Yes OTF was out there calling dumb plays for Texas…..yk there is a certain line these guys have to walk in risk of getting banished to the shadow realm by the actual University itself
  13. There was a good breakdown by someone on X on that last interception. We had trips left and our TE sat down 5 yards or so upfield and was open Arch looked there initially and looked off of him then when he looked right he saw the blitz and threw a terrible ball. Check down left was still wide open.
  14. Quinn regressed from 1st year starting to last year starting, and the same can be said about arch. Is millwee or sark ruining the QBs?
  15. Keep us posted. Tell less Nessman we said Hi.
  16. I honestly just can’t judge Arch accurately right now. We have a coach who is trying to force Arch into a pocket passing QB in some garbage “multiple” offense where everything is predetermined because only genius Sark knows where the ball should go. Was it a bad decision not to throw the ball away on that last INT? 1000%. But when there is an obvious overload blitz why do we have 3 slow developing routes all outside the hash? This entire program will sink due to the ego of Steve Sarkisian.
  17. Good morning fellas. I was thinking about just how hard it is to win football games in the SEC, let alone against your arch rival who’s playing desperate and without anything to lose. I’m reading people’s comments about just how bad this loss was, don’t get me wrong it’s probably the worst loss in the Sark era, but everyone’s due a loss. I honestly am glad our first loss of the season came to OU. How much harder would it be to bounce back after losing the way Texas lost if it was to an Ole Miss, or LSU? I guess what I’m saying is if there was a game to play an absolute stinker of a game I’m glad it was this one.
  18. I don’t think kiffin was the problem last night.
  19. “The light came on” for everyone in the offseason. Just like every offseason.
  20. its obvious to me that Arch has the yips and is not seeing the whole field on a lot of plays. I'm not sure who is helping him with his progressions and coaching him during the game. That interception at the end of the game is unexplainable... .tied game, not 5 yards or more open throw it away. Play another play, still can go in to OT and win it. with his pedigree, all the experts in his ear he shouldn't be making those kind of mistakes. But what can you do? You have a NIL QB with NIL Stars - you can't bench them.
