  1. Past hour
  2. Whether Paul Howe is the "greatest" Delta Force combat leader is a matter of opinion, as the U.S. military does not officially rank its special operations leaders. However, he is widely regarded as the most respected, influential, and legendary combat leader in the history of 1st SFOD-Delta
  3. forgot about that team - still fits my 20 year timeline lol
  4. Their 2006-07 team was really good, just ran into an even better Ohio State team in the Final Four with Greg Oden and Mike Conley Jr. (who is still playing in the NBA, btw)
  5. Saying no means you are a psychopath. But not eating them all on an 8 hour drive also means you’re a psychopath.
  6. Historically is the key word. They have been below average for a couple of decades now. The last time they were relevant - AI was there lol
  7. Love this matchup. Georgetown historically has been one of the better basketball programs. So many NBA Hall of Fame players have come from there. Not sure how they've fallen off so much in the last couple of decades. Still excited for this game.
  8. The Longhorns and Hoyas will meet in San Diego during Feast Week. The second game would be against either St. Mary’s or UCLA.
  9. More nickel as I understand it. Tu'upo should be a big boost on Friday.
  10. Sherrard has been my second favorite corner on the board. If we land Meredith, Sherrard, and Jackson then that is one hell of a CB class.
  11. Happy Birthday 🤘🏾
  12. With Muschamp and Orphey running the secondary I'm sure if they saw him as a priority, this would not happen. In Sark We Trust
  13. Happy birthday to the man, the myth, the prodigy @CJ Vogel
  14. More of a doo-doo ball than a nugget.
  15. Can't resist, Gerry. AI says the two US military figures most like Kobe are George Patton and Paul Howe. Patton is the greatest combat general in US history and Paul Howe is the greatest individual warrior in Delta Force history, credited with killing more combatants ever in single battle during the Battle of Mogadishu during 3-4 October 1993
  16. Yeah it seems Texas has a cb plan and a NIL plan on how to spend there as well. Got Meredith , and a good chance at a couple others. Pretty sure if he was viewed as a must get we would have ponied up. We win some NIL battles, and lose some. But yeah this ain't BK at LSU anymore. They are all in, so will be more battles to come. Is what it is for all until they sign in Dec.
  17. That what I was going to say. The name checks out.
  18. Sometimes she goes, and sometimes she doesn’t. Is what it is, thankfully the portal exists for any positions we happen to miss out on in HS recruiting. Hs recruiting is massively important, but the losses hurt less.
  19. He better get a face up game if he wants to go first round. He will get drawn out to the perimeter and that will expose his inability to move quick enough to guard. Really great college player, who will get a lot better this year. I see him sticking on a roster even if it’s second round, but that’s about it.
  20. Well good luck, drive safely, and Happy Birthday!
  21. @Hank South It sounds like Texas viewed him as a CB, correct? I know others have him listed as a safety. What did the staff view him as and what do you feel his long term position will be? I'm not worried nearly as much about CB in this class, but safety is looking a bit thin right now.
