  1. Past hour
  2. Well I got good news for you because I went to my cardiologist yesterday PM and based on our discussion this is clearly just a sprain of some type.
  3. I volunteer to sit at Chipotle and work on the sources there.
  4. I have failed the Lachman test twice after skiing injuries and Dr thought I tore my ACL. MRI showed otherwise. Both times severe sprain of ACL/MCL/PLC recovery time was 8-12 weeks. One year I was able to go skiing again in the same season. There’s hope.
  5. Take this sh!t to Kalshi
  6. I honestly think option 2 is way more likely. Baker at RT, Siani LT which is where he’s played prior to coming to Texas. Doubt they roll out a relatively unknown commodity over a 5th year player with as many snaps as Hutson has
  7. A software developer who works at my company just walked by me and said “Tuesdays, amiright”?? He never says that. He must know something.
  8. Practice was last night. Press conference was yesterday morning.
  9. Dueling medical opinions, I’m here for it.
  10. Dude what
  11. Not a doctor, but with the patellar tendon is the weightbearing would be basically impossible due to pain. Same with quad. You can walk with ACL/MCL/PCL/meniscus tears. Meniscus is the best thing to injure as it heals faster than the others.
  12. We're like two hours away from the Texas version of Dr. Shin appearing
  13. Knowing what we know about Goosby's status... non-contact knee injury, left the field, walked off on his own, awaiting MRI... Would you rather: a) Take your chances, let the diagnosis play out as it will, see where he's at and how many games he'll miss. b) Take a deal right now where he's guaranteed to miss the entire regular season, but also guaranteed to be 100% for playoffs if Texas makes it.
  14. You know one thing we can look at is the quality of depth that Sark has built. In years past if a LT went down the drop off to the next guy was HUGE. I’m not eluding that this isn’t significant, but I’m just saying we have some really good players trying to move up the depth chart
  15. Actually flood is great at developing tackles been saying that all along
  16. Take this post with a grain of salt because obviously we don’t know the severity of Goosby’s injury, and God forbid it’s season ending. But if I had to be pessimistic about this situation and had to mock up an line come September 5th I think there would be two options. 1. (Likely Scenario) Jordan Coleman will fill in the spot and go from there. 2. (Probably won’t happen but experience matters) Kick Baker back out to tackle and Hutson fills in the open guard spot. Hopefully Goosbys results come back positive and all this speculation is what it is, just speculation.
  17. An orthopedic surgeon who went to UT just walked by me and shook his head. He never shakes his head.
  18. Ah - I saw Hank’s post with the press conference quote in the Goosby injury post and just assumed it was after. Thanks
  19. This is a great day for the unemployed like myself
  20. had to google this "ACL/MCL tears don’t paralyze your leg. Plenty of guys walk off the field with them. The ones you can’t stand on are patellar tendon or quad tendon ruptures" whatever that means. Any doctors here?
  21. Is this a Hank problem or a Trevor problem? Back in the day when we had to dial up Jerry Scarborough at $10 a minute to get information nobody got injured. Nobody that I knew of.
