  1. Past hour
  2. In his first two seasons, Arch has shown why he was the most sought after QB in the country. Even this season he showed what he is capable of with the 4th quarter comeback win vs Ohio State. Things have gone south since then. I don’t think Arch suddenly became a horrible QB over night. For whatever reason, he just doesn’t seem to be playing like he did as his freshman / sophomore year. If he is replaced as QB for his performance, I will support Sark on that. However, Sark needs to also think about replacing the center, RG and offensive coordinator. Hook’em
  3. My brother finished his coaching career at a six man school. I went to watch a game that was a halftime homecoming. My brother’s team 45’ed em so the game was over for the “halftime” homecoming. It was rather strange. Of course, I didn’t hang around.
  4. wasn't archs fault at 39 seconds. goosby knocked it out then didnt't recover. oops look at 3rd vid
  5. 1. The center position. This has been a glaring weakness since at least UTSA. 2. Offensive Scheme. Our first drive vs Florida was awesome. We attacked the perimeter. We scored and then we went into a offensive scoring drought until the 4th quarter. 3. Personnel . You mean to tell me that Derrick Cooper can’t be trusted to gain a half yard on 4th and a foot? feel free to add your own areas of “evaluation”
  6. I have been mad at the effort since last year. These lineman have no killer instinct
  7. I felt that way last week. That feeling is gone now. The defense seems to be regressing and now we don't have our best player. We are playing a QB better than any we've faced since Udub's Penix. Maybe Pavia with Vandy was comparable, but this guy can be a nightmare, and they have an RB much like Jaden Vaughn in Lacey. I'm not confident at all.
  8. I watched Brooks Austin "The film guy" podcast today after talking with my son. He told me he follows him and he had a very interesting podcast breaking down Texas offense. I was amazed, disappointed, shocked and totally pizzed off at several positions that he pointed out. It's worse than I ever thought. OLine coach and their technique is sub power 4 effort and execution. Man, NIL value is way too high for these Oline players. The coaches salaries are about like the NIL value. I don't think much will be corrected anytime soon so game results will be very disappointed again. Go watch him breakdown the offense. You'll be just as pizzed.....
  9. Practices are closed so all Mods can tell us is what their sources tell them. Pretty sure you know that but.
  10. Need to have muschamp simulate maddog blitzes and tell me who is better.
  11. Split 1’s reps today in practice
  12. I am not. I go with data and trends but i want to be wrong.
  13. I'm biased as a San Francisco fan but when Arch decides to return the person I would like him to call is Brock Purdy to pick his brain on processing and playing in a system that schemes a lot open and gives you multiple answers offensively.
  14. The prophetic indigestion. I’m with it! Let’s go
  15. Not unless there is a magical change in Arch’s game after 20 games into his career. Now a new Q back anything could happen. Just not optimistic at this point.
  16. Today
  17. Yeah now that college football has lost all the pageantry, let’s just strike it all together from society and do away with bands, batons, homecoming, and do students have to attend the games?
  18. Yesterday
  19. We need Sabans sport psychiatrist on campus! He needs to be rewired. Something upstairs is broken. I hate it for the kid
  20. That was awesome That was awesome Nate. Thanks for sharing. I didn't realize there were that many receivers that wide open. Arch is bad, but the OL doesn't get a pass. They were pretty bad at times too. What in the hell were these two OL doing on this play?
  21. Very informative review and analysis.
  22. Excited to hear how it goes with the blanks firing on Tuesday/Wednesday. Either way, as the great man Bob Knight said, “The greatest motivator in the world is your ass on the bench. Ass meets bench, bench retains ass, ass transmits signals to the brain, brain transmits signals to the body, body gets ass off bench and plays better. It’s a hell of a sequence.” Hopefully it’s true for Arch if he’s QB1 Saturday
  23. I do stand by what I reported here … after a day of practice
