Sark is never going to hire an OC, he wants to be the OC. It's not that I disagree with you, he just doesn't believe he needs one. Jeff Banks is a good recruiter but he shouldn't be coaching special teams, he has not done a good job with that, at all.

Close but the opposite way...

I don't know if it's all on him, our supposed "elite" D has given up 29 points to Florida right now. They look just as terrible as the O.
-
Boy were my predictions WAY off lol. Who had Texas losing 29-14 into the 3rd Qtr? 29 points so far by a not so good Florida O? Either they found something or our D is not as elite as we all thought.

Ummm that trick play was wide open and Wingo overthrew it. Use another example.

Sark and Flood are FAIL
LonghornFan4Ever replied to Ronnie Barnhardt's topic in On Texas Football Forum
I doubt any of this happens but Sark the offensive playcaller and Flood gotta go -
have to resort to tricky crap and can't even execute that. total losers
-
Hire an OC that actually calls plays, Sam Pittman, have Banks focus on just coaching and recruiting TEs instead of wearing that hat and the special teams coach hat. Chris Jackson and Chad Scott should be safe for now.

Kyle Flood has got to go

Maybe I’ve been wrong on Flood. In the year after Sarkisian and Flood left Alabama, Flood's recruits underperformed, leading to one of the weakest offensive lines during Saban's tenure, with most players eventually transferring or leaving the program. -
LOL at anyone who thinks Stroh should be starting and Kyle Flood shouldn't be fired. This is all on him.
-
....come on Mark Sanchez. I will be curious to find out why he got stabbed.

Prayers for a great Longhorn fan needed
Jeff Howe replied to General Grant's topic in On Texas Football Forum
This was posted on Scott’s Facebook page by his sister about 30 minutes ago: “He is resting well, but is still sedated and intubated. More testing to check and understand his condition. My family and I appreciate the prayers and love pouring in. I ask you to continue your prayers and pray for his medical team who have been incredible. Hook’em Horns!” -

25-26 Director's Cup Thread

Pretty encouraging results for the women who win the meet by knocking off Arkansas due to stronger depth. In CC, your top 5 runners are scored and while Arkansas' top 3 runners finished 1,4,5, their last two finishers were 38 and 72. The top runner for Texas was Elizabeth Pickett in 3rd, followed by Isabel Conde De Frankenberg in 9th, Melody Espinoza in 13th, Syndi Wilkins in 17th and Lily Fawcett in 20th. Teams scores were 52 for Texas and 103 for Arkansas. Will be interesting to see the updated USTFCCCA rankings on Tuesday. Texas women should move ahead of Arkansas. Tulane has been the number 1 team in the region and likely remains there. -

A hamstring issue on a soft, wet field is not a recipe for success if he's not 100%. Not ideal, but let him rest and unleash him next week. -
25-26 Director's Cup Thread

The men have finished in what is essentially a head to head Texas vs Arkansas with a handful of other small division schools mixed in. Texas got smoked by Arkansas, their top 4 runners finishing 1,2,4,5. Texas top 4 runners 7,9,10,11. Biggest problem I see is that Texas runners got beat not only by Arkansas but also runners from Oral Roberts and Northwest Missouri.
