Injury update on Kade Phillips | Sunday, 1:50 p.m.

I like KP's aggressiveness and willingness to tackle. Has he been perfect? No, but he's played well over the course of the season -

We might be out all the guys that were hurt in the miss st game. Having Colin back won’t compensate for that. -

To be fair, they have been right. With the exception of the games we were actually supposed to win. For whatever is worth. But I agree with you in theory. -
Because betting lines are set based off of how people are expected to bet and it adjusts based off of where the money is going. It's not really set up that they objectively believe Texas is a 3.5 point favorite

Zero chance -
If Arch keeps on getting clobbered like Saturday night, he may play a lot. With SEC refs, there are no hits illegal when hitting him.

Watching Arch in person twice this season, and especially last night it seems to me that he's lost a step. He's easily caught from behind, whereas last season it looked like he had breakaway speed. Don't believe anyone's talking about it & I'm not apologizing for Arch. He sure looks tentative running the ball or deciding to do so. My 2 cents. -

Quinn had better teams around him too, there is more nuance than just Arch bad Texas miss playoffs bc of him. Sark and the offensive staff have failed for two straight years, starts and ends with those guys -

If Arch declares, I bet he is the first quarterback taken. -

Ewers played hurt most of his career here but still led us to 2 playoffs. Arch as it sits now will not reach the playoffs. -

We can love the kid but also realize he is a average QB currently. -
I hope Sark builds to more playing time for him. The last series was good to see, but the scope of what we tried was very limited. At least KJ got to throw (and complete) a short pass. I don't think we advanced more than 5 yards total.

Did Sark mix up the O line mid game yesterday?
HalfmileHorn replied to Levester White's topic in On Texas Football Forum
I see 3 large humans, albeit freshmen, who haven't had a snap this season. Any chance of them getting reps soon, just in case? OT John Turntine III — N/A IOL Nicolas Robertson — N/A IOL Kaden Scherer — N/A I imagine the coaches believe they aren't ready, but whiffing, lookout blocks (without calling "look out!!??!!"), holding calls, illegal motion, etc. makes it seem like more competition is needed. -
Sark always plays the starters late no matter what. There are certain things he just doesn’t change (same with substitutions or changing starters out during the season)

@Bobby Burton @Gerry HamiltonQuick question. Is there any reason why we shouldn't have seen KJ for the entire 4th quarter? The game was won. At some point we must let him get some REAL game time. I'm just confused why we refuse to get our backup QB some valuable time. I know almost all of our games have been close, but yesterday was the opportunity. I'm just saying.
