  2. LSU immediately accepted Gary Burney Jr.'s flip (Gary Burney Jr. said: “I have been waiting for this) the exact same weekend Royal wrapped up Royal's highly successful Texas trip. Easton Royal replied sending a calculated message (Uh oh)
  3. Today
  4. Ian Armstrong is a projected 1st round pick & that’s what Texas is looking at. It doesn’t matter where he’s coming from. St. Mary’s beat UCLA twice this past season.
  5. Got this one recently!
  6. Don't be surprised if it's Smu
  7. Sorrrrry. (...but maybe such is the plight of the vagabond one-year portal mercenaries, their names are not going to be etched in stone, only in the checkbook)

  10. Still feels weird to get excited about transfers from Saint Mary's and Kent State, but Aiden Robinson made me believer.
  11. If we get another OF Pack would play CF. He’s more than capable
  12. I was just making the hoke the Aggies liked to throw around about us before, that we weren't "SEC" ready and the players we recruited weren't "SEC" ready either. But I agree with your points.
  13. Player of the year: Lorelei Gamble The junior catcher from Dripping Springs bashed 23 home runs this season, making her one of the top power hitters in the country — the Texas Longhorns commit led the nation in homers for half the season. She earned District 26-6A MVP honors after hitting .574 with 60 RBIs, 12 doubles and four triples along with her homers. She also scored 34 runs and was walked intentionally 30 times. Player of the year finalists: Weiss INF Jordynn Booe, Leander OF Rachel Grundei, Smithville P Addison Otto, Hutto INF Kaelyn Price May be behind a paywall, but will post the AAS link anyway https://www.statesman.com/sports/high-school/softball/article/high-school-softball-2026-all-central-texas-team-22295644.php

  15. I believe we are at 6 outstanding Hi's
  16. Yes, Texas is looking for multiple outfielders in the portal.
  17. With this pickup does it mean we would still be after the Oregon outfielder? Because then you would have 3 corner outfielders and not one true center fielder?
  18. @CJ Vogel is that 3 “HI’s” or 4 that we’re at now?
  19. He should benefit from having guys in the lineup who can actually protect him.
  20. Yesterday
  21. I think he hit over .300 his freshman year so last year could’ve been some growing pains trying to tap into his power. It seems like the staff is confident he’s going to square up the baseball better next year.
  22. Wait we still have a baseball program? I thought we were defunding that!!!!
  23. The sample size against SEC pitching is small but shows he has a chance to be successful.
  24. Solitaria torched Tennessee in Knoxville earlier this season, racking up 5 hits (5-for-10), 4 runs, and leading Kent State to a series victory. He went 2-for-5 with 3 RBIs, 2 runs scored, and a 439 feet HR, vs LSU. In four total games against SEC pitching (LSU and Tennessee), Solitaria batted a .467 (7-for-15) with 1 home run, 2 doubles, 4 RBIs, and 6 runs scored.
