Was never a big pope fan but the grit he showed in the tourney last year, battling injuries and hitting some massive shots, changed my mind. Glad he’s getting another chance to play but hope he’s terrible.

Ah hell nah
-
I will be honest. I thought this thread was about the Pope visiting College Station.
-
Texas didn’t have spot for him. Business is business for all parties.
-
Excellent. They fell for it.

Will forever be grateful to Jordan Pope. He played his heart out on a broken foot leading Texas to the Sweet 16, which nobody expected.
-
Yep. Had mentioned on a couple of threads it was likely. 1. It will be interesting if Texas A&M doesn't believe Bryson Warren will be eligible. 2. If I were Pope, would have gone to SMU. Much better fit for his game. Asking Pope to pressure guard 94 feet all season will be interesting. 3. He will definitely have some very good, hot games shooting it and help Texas A&M win. 4. All of this if the NCAA doesn't get a stay. 5. Pope's effort to play against Purdue in S16 game with a broken foot will always be one of the best individual efforts by a Texas player I have seen.

I live less than 10 minutes away from here and bummed I can't be there. Should be a great time though! I'll be in Cedar Hill instead for a three team scrimmage between Cedar Hill, South Oak Cliff, and Duncanville -
There is ZERO loyalty or pride in a school these days. You’re naive if you believe these guys are more than paid mercenaries.

Different situation for Jordan. He wanted to come back to Texas but just recently became eligible. Texas wasn’t going to wait, and rightfully so. Parker on the other hand acted like he was forced out when it was his own choice. -

Jordan Livingstone*. Let’s be real though, it’s all business at the end of the day for these guys. - Today

Yeah, everyone here should be all more like you and post stupid "jokes", GIFs and AI generated images. Your shtick isn't funny and it never was funny. You're a goof and the resident court jester of this website. Go back to complaining about Kyle Flood and making "jokes" about how everyone is signing with Oregon.

Watch this guy's take on our LBs. Starts at 44:55. He thinks it's the biggest weakness on the team. Seems skeptical Biles can handle size in SEC. Thinks Cryer is not that good. It's really a pretty good preview of Texas. And they have Texas winning the SEC, so he's no hater.

Not NFL talents. Your point is valid. Message boards give off a it’s either a 10 or a 1, which is not the case. We certainly would not have that drop off at LB if we lost a starter. And you still have 10 other high potential players on the field.
