Does anyone on this board that's criticizing Popes landing spot have any idea what AM offered vs his other choices?

A little off topic but does anyone else remember when Sark was pronouncing Siani as “Sinai” for a while? I think I remember @CJ Vogel talking about it in a livestream once, will admit it had me questioning if I was pronouncing it right too😂

It's sad though. The good will Pope established is now greatly diminished. He couldn't play for the Longhorns, but he wasn't forced to be an Aggie. It's business, but that needs to be the response to him in the future now as well.

Difference ... Pope didn't have a Texas choice. Nor did Weaver (went to UH). Texas moved on from each of those guys after the season. Even when it became apparent they may have possibility to get another year... Texas wouldn't have made that move.
